Do something about the ridiculous number of spam accounts
The number of spam accounts (mostly trans girls) has gotten completely out of hand. I get between 10 and 20 taps from them every single day! I spend more time reporting profiles than chatting with people at this point. It‘s genuinely ridiculous.

Let’s us block taps, and tappers. Right now taps is being overrun by bots who have social media links and other links.
Allow us to block tappers, and to not allow taps at all to be seen. Currently this is not possible. You can “hide “taps but that doesn’t block them

Add your gender preference.
It would be great to be able to tell what your gender preference is as: Cis Male, Trans Male, No binary, two spirits, Cis Woman, Trans woman, etc

Disable albums on Grindr Web - Screenshots
People often use albums to prevent their private photos and videos from being screenshotted/saved. You can get around this quickly by logging into Grindr on the web and using a computer's tools to save them.
Albums shouldn't be viewable on the web, or, the album owner should be able to opt-out of their albums being available on the web-version.

Some sort of bot blocker.
When does too many ads down I mean it's ridiculous that how many ads how frequent they pop up. And these fake profiles with these girls that are taking up 25% of the grid and there's fake profiles is there anything I can do about that so their bots can you just block them. The volume of OF Taps is out of control!! I get 3-4 daily. It's so annoying! Can these low life's be automatically blocked somehow??

Ban users based on text string
I accidentally engage with 1 onlyfans creator and now I'm inundated with taps from guys who are only on grindr to farm olyf subs. Aside from it being slightly questionable on the data management side, it's having quite a negative impact on my experience and I'd like to be able to do something about it. I'd like to enter a text string and hide anyone that has that in the bio/description.

Can’t filter by exact age, the filter defaults to five years.
I pay for XTRA, I was previously able to filter by exact age, now the filter spans a range of five years and will not allow me to filter by exact age. What am I paying for if you keep charging more for less features?

Stop advertising ads in xtra premier members
This is annoying as fuck. Delete the message message about prep or erectile meds and they come backwards minutes later. As a paying subscription. I don't want ads. Can you people let us pay one price to remove just the ads? The app wouldn’t be as abysmal if the ads went away. Or can you make it so we can watch one long ad for an hour or two of ad free browsing?

Bring the age bracket back down to three or
Bring back the age filter, instead of 5 years at least back down to three, if not preferably which ever age preference a user is looking for.

I would love to see language tags!
That way I could search "English," "ASL," or "German" and if they have the language tag I could find them. This could help people who want to find others who speak their language or help people who want to learn a language by meeting new people!

Community Moderators to Flag Paid Profiles
Dear Grindr Team,
I’d like to recommend a feature to help reduce the number of fake or paid profiles, which can negatively impact genuine user experiences on the app.
Problem:
Many profiles in certain areas promote paid sex, paid massages, or ask for money, which goes against Grindr’s community guidelines and ruins the experience for users looking for real connections. Reporting individually helps, but it’s not fast or effective enough in areas where this problem is common.Suggested Solution:

Hide/Block Shortcut
Can we add the hide/block feature as a shortcut when you are on the grid and press and hold on someone’s profile please :) Right now you can chat favorite or tap but, can we add hide/block to that as well. This way we don’t have to click on the profile to then click on the upper right corner to hide/block. Especially now that profile views are a huge thing, let’s not add ourselves to their profile viewed list if we don’t have to. Pls :)

Right now feature needs help.
I think we need a confirmation prompt or remove it from the grid space. I’ve accidentally triggered it 3 times. That or have a way to turn it off and save the time remaining
