Disable albums on Grindr Web - Screenshots
People often use albums to prevent their private photos and videos from being screenshotted/saved. You can get around this quickly by logging into Grindr on the web and using a computer's tools to save them.
Albums shouldn't be viewable on the web, or, the album owner should be able to opt-out of their albums being available on the web-version.

Some sort of bot blocker.
When does too many ads down I mean it's ridiculous that how many ads how frequent they pop up. And these fake profiles with these girls that are taking up 25% of the grid and there's fake profiles is there anything I can do about that so their bots can you just block them. Can’t filter by exact age, the filter defaults to five years.
I pay for XTRA, I was previously able to filter by exact age, now the filter spans a range of five years and will not allow me to filter by exact age. What am I paying for if you keep charging more for less features?

Stop advertising ads in xtra premier members
This is annoying as fuck. Delete the message message about prep or erectile meds and they come backwards minutes later. As a paying subscription. I don't want ads. No ads or limited ads
Can you people let us pay one price to remove just the ads? The app wouldn’t be as abysmal if the ads went away. Or can you make it so we can watch one long ad for an hour or two of ad free browsing?

Community Moderators to Flag Paid Profiles
Dear Grindr Team,
I’d like to recommend a feature to help reduce the number of fake or paid profiles, which can negatively impact genuine user experiences on the app.
Problem:
Many profiles in certain areas promote paid sex, paid massages, or ask for money, which goes against Grindr’s community guidelines and ruins the experience for users looking for real connections. Reporting individually helps, but it’s not fast or effective enough in areas where this problem is common.Suggested Solution:

Interactive Distance map
Hi Grindr Team,
I’d like to suggest a new feature for the app. Currently, user profiles display the distance of other users from them (e.g., 2 km away). My idea is to make this distance clickable, so when someone clicks on it, it opens a small map. The map would show a general area based on the user’s location and include a circular radius to represent the specified distance.
This feature could give users a better visual understanding of how far someone is, while still keeping specific locations private.

Add a distance limit for profiles

Get Rid of Explore & For You Rows in Grid
These features take up so much space on the Grid and I doubt most users care about them. Fix the core features users have requested over and over and over again, instead of spitballing stuff you think we want.

You should be able to allow us to block people from certain ages or the other filters you have so we knowing our preferences don't get messages from people they are not from our taste

Awful experience using free app. You are discriminating against users that cant afforrd to pay also full of fake Xxl profiles and fake trans profiles. Shameful app. Report these continously but the app is swamped with them

*For You and Explore features
Having the *For You and Explore features right in the feed of profiles in my area is a real pain and I wish you would remove them, or give users the choice to opt out of having these features in the feed. Grindr works best when you let users do their own searching. If I want to use the Explore feature, I know how to do it. I go up to the search bar that says Explore. This can be a safe space if...
This app is being used by people to commit crimes, harass, and bully others online. It would be great if we could report profiles that do this, even if they've blocked us. I often get hate messages, and the sender blocks me as soon as they see I've read them, before I can even respond. Being able to report and remove or even block their MAC address or these accounts would make the app safer.
