Automatically detect when another user/account steals and uses photos you’ve uploaded before… Like, the system should know when somebody else is using your photos…!

view profile pic without “buttons” or “controls”
When zooming out the profile pic to view it I would like to not see any buttons or controls or other items on top of the pic.
This is a safety issue since your controls sometimes obscure elements of the pic making it hard to see relevant features such as the face. Also this makes it hard to “capture” the pic and do a reverse search on it to see if anyone is impersonating models—which many are.

25% of full price for 24hrs
Why would I ever consider trying a feature for 24 hours when it's 1/4 the price of the full feature.
I have thought about trying the paid features multiple times but honestly your prices are way to high for that. $2~$5 could I repeat COULD be enticing price points for a 24hr feature test.

Sides getting a filter and promotion
Sides being a new term for most of the men around me, it gets difficult to explain everyone what it means..we spend approx.10 minutes of explanation followed by heavy judgement in most of the chats each day. If Grindr application can one promote and educate the users on what it means in their preferred language, it would do wonders. We can add info hyperlink beside anyone who uses that position in their profile. My profile keeps getting banned and flagged when I report people for harassing me. Customer support never does anything
Customer support is garbage. I have been flagged and banned multiple times for doing absolutely nothing wrong. On multiple occasions I was banned for reporting harassment and Hate speech. After contacting customer service, I never receive a reply. Ever. I treat people with respect and dignity and get harassed and berated on a daily basis. Yet I'm the one who gets flagged and banned.

It crashes regularly and your organisation. Just pretends it’s not happening.
How about some system whereby I could arrange a regular monthly payment to you in return for which you supply me with a working app that doesn’t crash losing all me conversations at least once a week!
You could pair this with a customer service desk that actually tells you what’s a going on and a complaints team that actually listen. You will not be the only game in town for ever, at present the minute a credible competitor presents, you customer base will desert you in miliseconds because you’ve treated us all like mugs for last year.

Eliminating blank profiles
Start making people fill out their information and seriously what they’re looking for and be honest and make them start posting at least a face picture
