  1. Filters for preferences

    At this point there are just as many trans/mfm etc profiles as gay ones. Why not let us filter?

    It's disappointing gay men no longer get to have a place to meet because we're bombarded with women the entire time. I simply didn't come here for that. And I don't WANT to get hit on by women, regardless that I haven't any negative feelings about them. It's not a turn on sorry.

    Rather than create division by pitting everyone against each other for a space in the grd, allow filters and let everyone get along finally.

  2. This app is too broad.

    Grindr has so many functions and it’s failing at all of them.

    We need MLM but also Trans/NB, Couples and Straight people.

    But, I think it should be more segregated. Maybe having “sexuality/Looking for” filter might help.

    Straight people into Trans people have their own choices, bi/pan people can see cis and trans people, gays could have gays and couples/groups could have additions.

    It would quash the casual transphobia, get rid of straight guys being flirted by all the gay boys, couples wouldn’t waste time and gay guys can find other gay guys.

    The gender filter would also have more…

    Bottom line cut to the chase lower your prices show your members and members soon to be that you care least if you don't care show that if you lower your prices you'll get more members more members is more profit people can't afford the luxuries of stuff like this this day and time because of the cost of living everybody's trying to take everybody to the bank stop trying to be rich in a week and compromise and live like a king for a lifetime

  7. Adding two positions to your profile.

    With the addition of the position "side" you have made it a little bit more difficult for the other "position-types".

    With the added "side" it sounds like tops and bottoms only look for anal sex. So future users will look at us as being anal only.

    So my suggestion is that you can add two position on your profile. For examble top+side, vers+side or btm+side. That way tops and btms won't get excluded in a "side" filter search, if people think only sides do blowjobs. smiling

  10. The ads automatically down load when your trying to exit out of them and its annoying every time it happens.

    Stop letting these ads for apps automatically download when. I'm trying to exit out. It's basically a virus with unfamiliar software and stealing my info to sell

  11. “Favorite” status visibility

    This idea is somewhat connected to the “not interested button” referenced elsewhere.

    The “favorites” would be better if users could see they’ve been marked as a favorite. For example, if I’m viewing someone’s profile who has marked me as a favorite, I would like to see an icon that tells me this. And vice versa, I’d like others to be able to see when they are in my favorites.

    I know there's a "chatted today" filter, but can we have a filter to not show everyone I have already chatted with? It would really let ne focus on new connections on the grid.

  17. Everyone needs to fill out there profile not with just your age but fill it out totally.

    Everyone must fill out there profile completely. No blank profiles. No fake pictures of yourself. If you don't fill out profile than you can't join. Make website free .

  18. Grindr Affinity

    Since the removal of the ability to filter by race I have struggled to make meaningful connections with communities of color. My physical location is predominantly white and I continue to experience high levels of racism overs and implicit, microaggression, or just simply being blocked because being black is not someone’s “type”. This has caused a great deal of psychological harm personally and fueled feelings of loneliness. I would love to see affinity spaces on Grindr where we can get together based on identity to build relationships, hook up, make friendships, or just simply talk. We live in a racist…

  20. People with no pictures or info contacting me

    I understand some guys might want to be discreet.
    But having someone with no pictures and nothing about themselves shouldn't be allowed to contact other user's.
    I dont want to play 50 questions.. if they can't be imaginative enough to offer some indication about themselves then they should be an option to block them from contacting .
