1. Pictures and Album Management

   First, most of my pictures are just gray boxes that error when I try to send them and there are way too many to just go through one by one and delete them like that. Some type of management Interface is needed to smoothly manage the uploaded pictures perhaps some detection on pictures with locations that can't be resolved that show gray boxes and error.
   Creation of albums should be tap a button, give it a name, description, and visibility selection ie public/private......then open your main photo gallery of uploaded photos, where you can select multiples to tag them with those album properties. Then when you send an album, it still pulls from your main gallery but only shows the person the ones tagged with that album Id. That way you only have one catalog of images...but the main issue, is that you can only upload one photo at a time. Do you add one ..then you have to go back through you're phone AGAIN.....select another photo .....crop it....hit ok....again....then hit add photo again ...then you have to browse through your phone AGAIN .. select one..... Go to the crop screen....hit ok.......YOU SEE MY POINT IM SURE......that is one of the most frustrating part of the app.

2. Quality has lowered

   The app works if you are a paying subscriber. In LA the app doesn’t even work while being mobile and having great coverage and the latest version. Appears they have decided to lower your speeds type version for users who are not paying subscriptions. And this is in the heart of LA. Me and others noticed when we paid the app worked fine w cellular service and not using WiFi. Better filters for spam accounts. And all the druggies on here.

4. Reposition tags

   Tags should be able to be repositioned by dragging them across when editing. Currently you have to delete them all and add them in the reverse order that you want them displayed on your profile.

5. Swipe to go back

   Version 8.14.0 somehow added a new button “X” to close a profile and go back to the grid, but it’s a huge usability issue for me because I lost usage of two of my fingers making it hard to go back with a simple action and now have to hold my phone with two hands to enable my thumb to get to the top of the screen. Swiping from the edge of the screen is much more accessible and accessibility friendly (and the close / arrow-back button can also co-exist).

6. Albums

   There needs to be a way to remove access to ALL of the people that can see your album. It is a pain in the ass to remove 1,000 profiles one by one. This is an easy fix.

8. Mas beneficios

   They should enable the option to use a false location, I don't understand why they banned it, now there are few guys nearby, many of us used that option to avoid interacting with guys who live very close to us, due to discretion.
   They should give more benefits to users for free is a way to motivate us to pay such an expensive monthly fee.

   as a user I want a responsive design in the favorits picture view, so I can use the app on a chromebook in landscape mode as well.

10. Unable to Enlarge Images Received in Chat

    We used to be able to enlarge an image that was sent to us in chat. Now you can still receive one, but it remains a thumbnail and when you try click on it it says "image unavailable please request one." This new feature is bad because you should be able to see the image at least full screen. Please change back.

11. Wrong Translation - Body Types

    There are wrong translations of the body type.
    (Device language German)

    Average, Muscular, Slim and Large are correctly translated.
    However "toned" and "stocky" are not.

    If you set "stocky", Germans will see "dünn"
    But "dünn" means slim.
    The correct translation would be "stämmig".
    Therefore Germans have two "slims" in their settings, because "dünn" and "schlank" both mean "slim".
    "stocky" doesn't exist at all.

    If you set "toned" Germans will see "wohlgeformt".
    The correct translation would be "trainiert".
    "Wohlgeformt" does mean more like "belly" with men or with women "great butt or big titts"

    That's why Germans see you are slim when you set stocky and don't exactly understand what your body type is when you set toned.

    Easy solution:
    Change the translation for "stocky" from "dünn" into "stämmig".
    And change the translation for "toned" from "wohlgeformt" into "trainiert".

    There are wrong translations of the body type.

12. Body Type and Position clear field on every logout

    Every time I logout, i have to re-enter (in "my Type") the Body Type and Position. Everything else stays, but these two clear on EVERY logout. Something is wrong there. Didn't used to do that.

15. Can't login app in secure folder

    I'm using an android Galaxy S20 Note Ultra [Android version 13] [One UI version 5.0]

    I want to hide some information ie. Adult websites, pictures, apps, etc. I'm having a problem trying to login to the grindr app while in my "Secire Folder" and I've tried to open the app by utilizing my phone number as well as using the option to login using "email and/or Google). I enter my information correctly yet the app will not open. No error message, it simply will not load.     Give 2 options for the “Back” button: the “<“ takes you to the previous screen, and a new “<<“ button (or the yellow skull button) takes you to the main screen. Right now, if you are in a message or if you are viewing a profile, you need to press “<“ at least twice to go back at least 2 screens and arrive at the main screen (and sometimes you even need to press it more than 2 times). Example: < to exit a message, then < to exit a profile, then the yellow skull button to exit the favorite screen so you can arrive at the main screen again.

17. Unstable backend cause unstable frontend

    Please have a team monitor app 24/7. And react on trouble/problems immediately when it comes.
    The entire app seems falling apart. If you are going to charge so much money you should take full responsibility when my record missing

    It’s keeps freezing up and lagging on my iPhone, making the phone also feel really hot to the touch. Doesn’t happen with any other app on my phone or on android, so there’s obviously some more “bugs to fix” 😝😊
