  2. The issue with advertisin

    We all know that many apps and website support themself by the money collected through advertising, so far so good, the issue here is that everytime there is an advertising it pushes you out of the app, by force you must close the app and open it again. That happened before with the add from doordash ,I filed a complaint and the IT department of grinder asked me to point the exact date and some details I knew they were requesting just to make time expecting I got tired and stop complaining.   3. How about creating an app that actually works...

    Despite numerous uninstalls and reinstalls, password resets, clearing caches, forced stops, reseting of phones, this shit app doesn't work. How on earth do you expect to keep clients if they can't access your platform? absolutely shite.

  4. Taps

    Whenever you get a notification for a new tap, the app does not refresh and show you the last tap. It keeps showing the prior profile that tapped you. If you click on that profile then you see the new profile that tapped you.
    I think the notification and the app are out of sync

  5. Remove dark veil on profile pictures

    On profiles, pictures are darken to ensure legibility of white text, which adds unnecessary blur. Please let the pictures shine as intended by the user and stop adding a black layer. (You could use shadow on the font instead.)

  6. How about you show me people WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE TO ME!!??

    Tired of only seeing people that are WAY to far away. I RARELY get people in my area. But somehow they can view me. They are around, but do not show up on in my browser. How about fixing that? Should be a no brainer here grindr

  9. Fix bug of replies not being sent

    When I open the app upon receiving a message I am not able to reply. I have to type out my reply, copy it, send it, then wait for the not delivered message to pop up, close the app, reopen the app, go back to messages, tap the person I want to reply to message thread, paste, and then send again. This is rather annoying. I am running Android 10, and I don't know if this a problem specifically with this OS and your software or if it's across the board.

  15. Fix the BOTTOM Menu in iOS 18.1 beta 2

    The BOTTOM menu has disappeared from the app. This really reduces the VERSitility of the app. This needs to be a TOP priority to get it fixed. You should put a-SIDE other priorities and get this fixed. ;-)

  18. Message Search Functionality Downgrade is a Core Mistake

    The message search function is a core feature that will turn me away from Grindr if better alternatives crop up.

    I’m wondering if we’ll ever regain chat search functionality…. Such a huge inconvenience. Cannot state enough how disappointed I am in this core feature going away…. It’s definitely going to make me reconsider my decision to continually use Grindr as my go-to app in the future. Especially as a paying user.
