I always also have the same problem. Maybe just a trick to try to get more custo.ers. loks jike its just a trick or hoax! Also terrible I haven't found any way to contact support to complain! It's not fair to fool users this way. Also I haven't found any way to contact support. Probably hidden by purpose because I guess I'm not the only one to be annoyed by this!!!
