Everyday I was getting tapped by people with a profile that started with TS and it had the same girls picture on it they just started changing up the picture on it but when I go to report it I would report the four of them cuz it always come in fours, Then I thought I would go and look in the explorer map area for profile switch if we want to contact one we would get one a day to look we used to get three but I kept coming across more the TS profiles and I reported four…

Bots
How hard is it to avoid bots??? There's a MILLION ways to circumvent that. The amount of money you guys want from your users is INSANE. And you can't even get the most BASIC features in there... Get your act together. Seriously.

Remove Roam. Bring back Boost and Super Boost by location.
What is the point of Roam really !?
First: You’ve made it expensive. Already pissed off . Second: I would’ve been okay with it being expensive, but why would I pay more to just show my profile normally without a boost in that region.
Suggestion:
Just Bring back Boost and Super Boost in any location worldwide.
It was literally perfect and I actually enjoyed using it. Made multiple purchases in a week as I was travelling a lot this year.Not once have I paid for Roam and will never pay for it. As there’s no point to it.

Easier to report bots
Please make it easier to report bots, rather than multiple click-through pages to hide a bot from my grid. And better yet, actually investigate reported bots and take down profiles that use the same profile picture.

This is totally unfair to us and it only seems to be getting worse over time, so get it together or I can’t justify continuing to use this app.

Bot Elimination.
My Idea is to use multiple measures to make creating bots on this platform hard and expensive. I would hate to see that this company is allowing bot users to create bots to inflate user numbers. We should be aware of this kind of stuff as a community. Here are some things you guys could start working on for the better of the user community. can prevent bots from creating fake accounts by layering multiple defenses that make registration easy for real users but expensive or difficult for automated scripts. There are way too many fake profiles, spammers and scammers. If you made people verify through their mobile, this would help.

Stop bogus users directing us to other URLs I g get as many scammer text on here as I do genuine texts.
When something is so obvious that they are a scammer or directing us to other sites. Grindr needs to be far more efficient at removing these accounts.
It takes way too long for moderation to kick in. With agentic AI and generative AI you should be able to do this pretty quick.

Better moderation of fake profiles
There needs to be better moderation of fake profiles because it doesn't look like there is any at all right now. There are more fake profiles than real people on the grid and you expect ppl to pay a pretty high fee to subscribe to an app that seems to get worse with each update instead of better. It feels like the only moderation done is when the people using the app report a fake profile. If we are paying for your service we shouldn't be doing the work that needs done, we aren't employees. Do better.

Moderate profiles better. Lately every 4th profile is the say girl with the same clothes, they are obviously spam
Moderate profiles , if you don’t pay you have to verify or something to prevent all the fake GIRL profiles. Then there are the bots. Seriously for 300 hire some decent consultants and have your systems trained using genAI to weed out the non real profiles.

Verificar perfil
Veo muchos perfiles falsos con fotos de otras personas, con malas intenciones y de muy mal gusto.
Otras apps como Tinder,lovoo,badoo tienen un logotipo de verificado. (Perfil verificado ⭐) Solo es necesario una foto para que comprobéis que la persona que crea el perfil es real! Hacerlo i aumentara la seguridad de cada persona4 votes -
Taps should be free to see for everyone
Charging us just to see taps is rather extreme. As much as I understand that this app is a business there should also be a level of consideration for its users. Not everyone can afford unlimited. Some basic features such as taps etc should be freely accessible

it would be nice to be able to limit the number of notifications you get. having a setting that would only notify you of activity on chats you’ve engaged with would cut out a lot of noise

I don't want to spend time chatting with people who, end up, ask for money to have fun. there are sites specifically for looking for clients, this shouldn't be one of them

removing links / social media handles
REMOVING links/and other things like connecting social medias only leads to spam users abusing grindr as a way to promote there business or lead users away from the app and into other suspicious links. If a user wants to share that information it should only be done via messages if the connection between two users is genuine. Instead of spam accounts creating accounts that arent ment for what the app is intended for and just creating a stream of billboards

Guys that only want to see your face pic without intention of meeting
I think that Grindr should find a way of figuring out all those persons that are asking face pics without a single intention of meeting and that is just for malicious purposes such as intimidation, gossip in any event nothing good comes out of it. Since grindr can use AI to analyse the chat and see whether a uses is commonly doing this type of behaviour moreover they should be able to spot it. Disability and Grindr
Add the “Disability” option to your descriptions to make it easier for people with disabilities, such as wheelchair users, to meet. Indeed, disabled people are victims of discrimination and racism on the Grindr app.
