Stop the scorts
Is this an app for dates or for scorts? Why your criteria to block a profile is focus on pics and no about the use of the app? We are tired of block scorts. Créate a filter, review the profiles or offer an app just for sexworkers. But please do something about it, because is really anoing.

If they have an Only Fans page, that is a paid service if used in the right way,. Just like having links to FB, X Insta etc... have one more OF and keep OF respectably Only Fans and not have the rest of us come up with some much more crass acronym, such as, Obnoxious Fkrs, or something terrible like that 😛

Stop even offering appeal ban option
If your AI that is apparently very incorrectly trained so far it's just going to be the one moderating profiles and a human really isn't going to look at it even after an appeal is put in or they just mark it as not approved since you have in your terms of conditions that you don't have to specify why you were banned why even offer this step?

Gostaria que fosse incluído no filtro a opção de gênero, e hoje não existe essa opção de filtro tivesse na opção do filtro.

Customer service failures
It’s hard to believe this workflow was designed by anyone who considered the customer experience or basic fairness. Suspending accounts, continuing to charge, and providing no responsive support indicates a serious failure in reasoning, oversight, and internal controls. This is not how a competent subscription service operates.

Profiles about drugs and sexual services
In Colombia, it is common to see profiles that explicitly or subtly indicate they sell drugs, work as escorts, or offer sexual services for money. Given that you review and disapprove photos if they don't meet certain criteria, why don't you review the profiles themselves and more effectively penalize those offering such services?

Filter *Out* words in descriptions and Display names
Add a way to filter profiles, by excluding certain characters and/or words/phrases in both descriptions and profile names. For example, if I don't want to see the bot that has the same advertisement for their Only fans account or telegram, I should be able to type into a filter box "TG", "telegram", "OF", "0f", "oF", etc. There would need to be allowed multiple filters, as there are so many variants of ways to type these.

Transparency/Authenticity
This app is supposed to be a place for us fringe folk to feel safe and make connections. Wholly impossible today with the lack of scrutiny employed by the operational team behind this app.
More than half of profiles are fake, there is a high percentage of impersonation, users come and go with behaviour identical to a profile you’ve recently spoke with.
Other social apps handle this much more effectively: shadow ban, account holds and authentication procedures.
Please implement steps in order to ensure users are human

Verification process
Please implement a mandatory verification process as the blank and fake profiles are in abundance and creating an annoying, time consuming user experience butore important is the safety issue it creates for your users allowing people to spy,watch or research to find someone whom they can make their victim of numerous different types from exposing them to scamming them to stalking them or even setting them up to be physically harmed in one way or another.

Stop relying on AI to do everything..
just because i look young ive been banned while paying for a subscription.
Why do i have to go through the process of uploading an image of myself holding up numbers I've written down.
Why cant i just send you my ID?
I think its a bit of a jump from no verification to real time pictures being sent via email because I happen to look young for my age (im 33) . Make it easier !!! The ads were bad enough this spells the end of using grindr forever more for me.

Remove all accounts that make reference to subscribing to an onlyfans or OF account in the bio.
Delete fake or spam accounts. If an account is created that references OF or Onlyfans in the bio. Just fucking delete it.

How about you guys stop flagging people for speaking on normal shit and then letting all the sexual deranged shit go through
All you have to do is let people be normal on this app everybody does not need to sound like they have a disease or multiple diseases and everyone does not need to sound like a mutt or a hoe.
