How about profiles you block stay blocked?
I block the same 3 profiles everyday! Same names, same photos. Why do they keep coming back? These are people I want nothing to do with. Yet, they pop back up once a day. Does blocking do anything?

Location problem
I moved from unpaid to paid for 1 month to try. I allowed my current location to be set and now lost pretty much everyone around me.
It's not showing everyone from the country next door.

Please block VPN users
There are a lot fake accounts who employ a VPN to populate a certain area and dominate the feed. Please block VPN fusers or safety reasons to prevent the unscrupulous cat fishers who employ this technology to harass and geofence competitors. Their dominance of an area essentially drives users away because their are fewer opportunities to meet authentic users.

now a days grindr becomeing very famous for dating and making community friends. if u need more users then increase and allow user to view more profiles so that it will help as advertisement for u.

closing blocked user profile
when looking at a users profile, I tap the block user icon at the top. I confirmed to block the user. There is an X on the top left of their profile. But it doesn’t work for me. It will not close the window. Instead, I need to swipe down. But that isn’t clear.
I think the X should work to close the user profile, or there should be a bar at the top of the page to indicate swiping down to close this window.2 votes -

Location and Visibility
There needs to be a Location and Visibility section on the app like there is on the website. Both should have the same.

Limit how many times your profile can be viewed.
The same people will look at a profile multiple times in a day. This gets irritating because they look at it again in a matter of minutes, especially when the profile goes against what they put in their profile. Going back and forth looking at the same profile, especially when they don't have a picture or it's blank.

Please add "Southeast Asian" among the list of Ethnicities. We are neither "South Asian" and "Asian" mostly refers to "East Asian" descent which we are not.

I'm requesting that Grindr removes the option of 'Side' as a sexual preference. The term 'Side' is used to describe individuals who choose not to engage in sexual intercourse. I believe that including this term is counterintuitive and contradictory to sexual behavior. Compared to the sexual roles of top, bottom, and versatile, the inclusion of a role that abstains from sexual activity could potentially pose a threat to homosexual activity. The term 'Side' may also be associated with asexual experimental behavior, where individuals consciously decide not to participate in practical sexual behavior. Please bring back ethnicity filter option. You are actually contributing to racism
Please bring back ethnicity feature. I live in a country where I am a minority and I get rejected on a daily basis by majority of the people due to my ethnicity. Despite of having a paid subscription, I don’t get to see people of my ethnicity. I would rather like to meet people who can accept me instead of seeing a large number of guys who are not interested in me. Please fix the app and bring back the filter. "My Country Only" switch
Where users , whether free or paying, who live along an international border can exclude from the "Browse" display guys from the other country. Eliminates inaccessible guys when the border can't be crossed by people who either don't have a passport, or are frustratingly barred from entry due to youthful indiscretions. For border town residents, often half or more of the guys displayed are inaccessible "look don't touch" frustrations.
