Got banned
I am so worried about being banned to use your app as I had a bad experience that I got banned suddenly with a person. And I appealed for that case. However, I still lost my rights to use Grindr until I had a new phone. Also I lost my 7 month subscription fee. Your company seems very strict to it.
Anyway, I think the better idea to run your app is giving warning (one or two times) at least before the account is banned. Isn’t it fair for the clients to know the situation? At least give us the date…35 votes -
Distance
Turn off distance control up to a certain amount of feet. It’s quite disturbing that someone can get within feet of where I live if I don’t have the show me turned off

As a trans woman seeking a safe environment to date, I dont want to limit gay men or bother them if they are interested in me. Gay men are hot. Sometimes you cant tell since everyone is going for the more masc yet pretty metro look which i love but i want it to be easier for me to find people into me and to filter out people who arent

Filter what age range can view your profile
I like my experiences with this app, however I get a large amount of admirers aged 30 and up, with the average being 40. I find it a little unsettling, and I want to only talk to people around my age only. I wish it were possible to filter out who can view me, since I can filter profiles by age as well.

Mutual share pictures or albums
Some of the guys here are jerks. After you agreed to share pics/albums, and you send your pictures first, they'll block you immediately! I hope that there would be a feature where after you both like clicked "yes" to share, both of your albums would be visible to each other at the same time, preventing them from fooling the other party to share their pictures without them sharing theirs in return! I hope I'm making sense.

Please add religion wise searching button
This way to searching by religion the best option to searching partner.
It would be great to see “religion” as an option. Not all gay men are atheist and some men have strong ties to their faith and would like to talk to guys who shared the same religious beliefs/practices. E.g. Ban for users playing trick
It increasingly becomes a trend on Grindr app (US) that some users plays trick on others. They asked to meet, then blocked when the other arrived, or asked to meet at a hotel then gave any random room number, or worse, asked to be host in a hotel and when the room is booked they blocked the others. These are examples that I actually experienced but I believe there would be more. These behaviour is making Grindr community unhealthy and indirectly has negative impact for other users. Cant see users after unblock
Last week, I was clearing my visitors list and accidentally blocked a guy I was going to be meeting. In the past, when I have unblocked people, they have reappeared on my visitors list. This is no longer the case.
Problem is that he didn't have a profile picture, so I can't find him. Can this be changed so that we can see users we unblock5 votes -
Please bring back the old Age Filter
Please bring back the old Age Filter. The new sliding bar is really difficult to navigate or be specific with. I want to be able to type in the ages, the sliding bar is not accessible to people with different dexterity.

Picture Privacy
I have spoken to many people who were NOT aware that the photos in their albums cannot be screenshotted. Now I think it might be a good idea for you to send everyone a message about how an 'album' works. because they react with delight when they hear that their photos cannot be photographed.

I see people as online with a green dot, send them a message and then get notified they have been offline for ten minutes to thirty minutes!???

Please bring back ethnicity filter option. You are actually contributing to racism
Please bring back ethnicity feature. I live in a country where I am a minority and I get rejected on a daily basis by majority of the people due to my ethnicity. Despite of having a paid subscription, I don’t get to see people of my ethnicity. I would rather like to meet people who can accept me instead of seeing a large number of guys who are not interested in me. Please fix the app and bring back the filter.
