1. My biggest pain is that we're being teired as if the money that you pay (or don't pay) links you to a certain quality of person.

   People will spend money they don't have for privileges and in order to participate in popular activities that make them feel like they belong.
   People who have money pay what's posted because they will.
   So why financially section off the apps abilities to paying customers? A full access fee for all based on time (24hr,weekly, monthly) makes more sense.
   Charging this for this and that for that wreaks of segregation. Is that who we want to be?

2. Applying Penalties To Rude Users

   I think for a while now, I as well as a lot of others have been the victim of extremely negative behavior when talking with other users on the app. This can come at a cost of mental health and while blocking does exist, sometimes it does not feel like enough. I don’t know how it would be implemented but I believe that certain accounts should be essentially shadowbanned, as in their reach and availability to other people should be lowered for a period of time after being reported. Now this has to be weighted fairly, someone being silent or leaving you on read isn’t rude. But calling someone blatantly ugly and a slur is.

5. Boost

   Please give people on Grindr the option of having a boost on their profile or page. It's expensive and nothing more than gambling which people turn to out of desperation to find someone but at great cost to them often without success. It's also an addiction and you must realize the mental health and hardship this brings to a lot of people.
   If you value the well-being of your customers you would look into doing this. People's lives ( extreme I know ) can get ruined because of Grindr Greed to cash in on the vulnerable who use the app

   newest updates takes profiles a long time to load. this is the worse this app has been. grid resetting when half viewing profiles, profiles taken a long time to fully load, don't always get chat notifications even though they are on. sort it out!!!!

    Opted for yearly subscription and found nothing better when compared to free one except lots of profiles to visit, which I would get while moving into city. No better speed or anything else. No fast refresh. No priority delivery. App lag. There are more better free apps available.

    For the past month after every update my app continues to deteriorate and get more and more shitfest USA.     Grinder users when they converse with other users sometimes enter into a picture trade. More often than not, some users who share photo albums or photos are disrespected. After a party sent his/her photo/album they are either ignored or blocked. Blocking lowers self esteem of users. In order to address this, please add a function tradeable photo albums, where both parties click on a something like Agree on Pic Trade button to say they enter into an agreement, which if both parties agreed, they will be able to have access to the tradeable album/s at the same time. And the album will be open for 3 minutes. Reopening will require both parties to agree again. After entering into this agreement, users wont be able to block a user while the agreement is active. This will address too much disrespect the people have nowadays.

    I am telling you, blocking is being abused by those who only who think they are better than the others. Let’s get the users to play fair.

    I have used this app since the very beginning. I have witnessed the sad cash takeover that has been spending high to buy and now needing to recoup that money. Your focus is so cash-money that it lacks the understanding of money itself. It's a commodity. That said, your feedback tool is lacking the customer centricity you need to remain as you are. It's a default apps thanks to free advertising in a state where people just have a defacto link. Reminds me of Sears. So, change. I did. I found other apps. I don't pay for Grindr and I don't watch your ads. I'd pay, but with some changes first. Start with this please. Add the category that lets us talk about the actual user experience as it is and not about you trying to monetize every aspect of this tool. You're ruining your business. Trust me.
