Go back to grassroots grindr. It’s too money making. You need even more money to meet the same amount of guys you once did- even after paying for the expensive subscription. There is a lot less contact than there was.

Hide feature
Remove the second hide button (like you are confirming it). You have an unblock/unhide feature for corrections. It’s a redundant modal.

Unhoused Individuals Resources
A large percentage of the LGBTQIA+ community experiences homelessness at some point. It would be helpful to provide resources to individuals on an app they are already using that are experiencing homelessness. Mutual Private Album Reveal
Add a Mutual Private Album Reveal option which would allow to unlock private photos only when both users consent to reveal private album(s) at the same time.
Prevents one-sided sharing and pressure after sharing.
Improves consent, fairness, trust, and user safety.

Prostitutes, fake accounts, and sugar dadddies
How about getting rid of advocating for the shareholders and actually opening up the grid range on the amount of real live people you can actually encounter. I've never been so bombarded with so many trolling accounts l trying to take me to their lame porn site or trying to take care of me with money I'm never gonv to receive. This app is super sloppy and super lazy

Double click the chat button to take you to the top
Allow the chat button to be double clicked to scroll you to the top of the list. Sometimes I scroll down to find a chat and then have to scroll all the way back, it would be nice to just press a button to scroll to the top and reply to new messages.

Ethnicity filter
Please bring back the ethnicity filter - this was something previously offered on this app for many years and it made things easier for finding the right person you’re looking for. It’s not at all racist, we all have our own types that we are attracted to. It would save abuse and people being blocked and then feeling upset about it after. Please bring this filter back!

Scandalous Over reach
It is absolutely ridiculous that a personal preference (something you have no control about) is being enforced by Grindr. I'm just simply not attracted tona certain demographic. It doesn't hurt my friends from that same demographic.... why can I not search for a certain demographic?

Hitting a paywall, when I just want to report a Spam
I know there's a paywall, I don't have to agree with the extent the ads go for but here's an idea: To promote people participating in reporting SPAM (which I do a lot) ads usually come in after clicking on someone's profile. You could add the report Spam button the chat list/long press options so It's less likely to hit a paywall when I'm just contributing by reporting a Spam. Would appriciate it.

It is near impossible to find anyone even when you pay for the Plus or the extra when you cannot filter out the gender. It is a ridiculous amount of trans or even females that pop up on my grid in my area and I can't get out of it. Even when I drive around downtown Chicago I'm getting people outside of my area I don't understand either the grid system or your algorithm or this app is literally a scam.
