1. I can't see messages

   Recently, with the introduction of the larger and constant AD display on the BROWSE screen, it is nearly impossible to see messages sometimes.

   After typing and sending a message, the keyboard remains visible on the screen. Between the headers, the now ever-present "ads that respect your data keep Grindr free" box, the in-screen (non-fullscreen) ads and the keyboard, there is NO SPACE FOR THE MESSAGES TO APPEARS. (Well, at least on my Iphone 6!)

   1. Even after I send a message, if I do not hide the keyboard, when I receive a reply I can't see it. Unless I have begun typing, the keyboard should disappear by itself in this case.

   2. How to make the keyboard go away is a mystery to me. I should be able to swipe the keyboard out of view--but, maybe that's an iPhone issue. As it is, I have to (1) hit the " icon (saved phrases) and then (2) I can swipe that popup away and the keyboard disappears.

2. Grinder crops picture preview making it impossible to fully preview an image before sending

   Grindr crops some pictures in preview

   When selecting to preview an image before sending it, Grindr is cropping some pictures, sometimes as much as 20-30% of the top and bottom or off of the sides, making it impossible to tell some pictures apart or fully preview what you are about to send.

   This used to work fine before, but happened after the delete button was added to the preview option when long pressing a pic.

   Please fix it so the preview shows the complete picture instead of as little as 60 percent of the picture!

4. Need to fix issue with albums

   If someone only has an album with no other pics you cant scroll up to read profile info. I'm a beta tester I think so maybe this issue is being looked into. If there are other pics u can scroll down on pic but not on album.

6. I Don't wana get bullied and get account blocked

   Hi Team, i have received a red flag and i am not sure why i received that. Mostly i never harsh with anyone but What i observed is some idiots wantedly giving the nagative blocks just because they didn't get what they looking for. My humble request you to please remove red flag on my account as i am using the app from very long time and i have good friends which i don't wana loss them. Please try to understand.

   Why am I doing this here? your saying . This is the only way that I can report. A abusive situation to the administration. I did the one everyone gets. First 2 attempts failed I was using to many words. 8. EVERY FUCKING MESSAGE

   GET IT TOGETHER. WHAT THE AFTER FUCK. MASHED NOT A SINGLE GRANULATE OF SENSE THAT IN THE YEAR 2022 I'M STILL DEALING WITH THE EXACT SAME ISSUE FOR YEARS. CAN
   I CAN NOT SEND MESSAGES WITHOUT IT TAKING FOREVER THEN EVENTUALLY IT TURNS RED AND I HAVE TO RESTART THE APP BEFORE IT WILL SEND. NOT ONLY IS THE ONLY APP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED THIS, IT'S GETTING WORSE WORSE WITH EVERY UPDATE. AND THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND WANT TO PAY $20 FOR SOME BASIC FUCKING FEATURES. MAKES YOUR APP WORK AT LEAST HALF ASS DECENT. THEN WE'LL TALK.

11. Add use unlimited mobile data option for chat backups

12. Received messages disappear

    Pretty much every Message I receive from others disappears when trying to read in the app. It is possible to read a message in my Notification Center but after clicking on it, to go in the app and reply, the message is not there anymore. Even after „refreshing“ there is no new message.

15. Cannot see myself as others would see me

    Hi !

    I'd like to see how my profile is "seen" outside.

    IOW, I'd like to have my profile listed at the "near" Tab along with the others.

    Why is this ?

    Because I usually do a very "sophisticaded" profile, with pictures and so forth. My description text is also intermingled with Unicode chars, arrows, symbols, etc. Also I don't know if my pics would "fit" well or not...

    Currently I'm not able to see how all that works, or how it's rendered on the page (mobile screen). Or , even, how my pics would appear "outside". Were they cut ? Were they well centered ?

    Other Apps do that, I mean, on the top left corner I ALWAYS see myself, as the other people would see me.

    I think Grindr is waaaaaaaay better than "other Apps", with a lot more features.

    But this is a missing point, IMHO.

17. Restore GeoSpatial Location

    I first began using Grindr in 2012 at which time the App was Geospatial with accuracy near read as the standard unit of measurement United States. Is your phone on Roam? The Mile and Feet programs must be defunct or it was decided that these programs offered no real profit.
    I frequently encounter Distance irregularities much the same as you which, in a location basesd service, I would expect to be accurate within an outcomes based explanation.

    So say you’re at work or at a work conference and you don’t want to see anyone very close to you, it would be great to be able to subtract profiles that are within a certain radius of you.

    The search button is directly over the area where most right-handed people would be scrolling with their thumb. It would be better suited on the top bar of the app next to the filter icon and out of the way.
