Blank profiles are a huge problem
Blank profiles sending messages has to be stopped. It creates a horrible user experience for paying customers. Prompt these users letting them know they cannot message without a face picture period.

Sort list of blocked users by distance
I want to sort the list of blocked users by distance. Sometimes I meet some guys outside Grindr (e.g in a bar or a party) and think they are nice and want to unblock them again to stay in contact via Grindr. The current list is sorted by last blocked (?) and can be very long, so its hard to find a specific user I’ve blocked before.

Explore favorites
Similar like the explore function in the grid: I want to explore my favorites which are currently located/ last logged in at a certain location
This is handy when having travel plans to a city I’ve been before to check who of my favorites is also in this city to chat them up to let them know I will be around soon.5 votes -

ELIMINATE POP UPS that direct users TO scanning advertisers having what are considered MALICIOUS SITE by Google and AVG.
Multiple times a pop up served by one of your advertisers has directed me to a scanning web site that AVG flagged as malicious. This presents risks for users and potential liability for grindr should this be used for less than legitimate purposes. Never allow an advertiser to direct a user to a site that is considered malicious by policing agents like Google or AVG.

Add a filler
I know that some users don't want to see trans or females or femboys so and a filter you can turn off and on. Same with a filter for people looking for love or sex.

Make ads less prominent or mandatory
Show ads at the top or bottom of the screen if you must (even though you’re already charging an outrageous amount for premium features). I hate closing out of a profile and having to watch a 5 second ad (that usually ends up being longer) just to continue using the app. Grindr used to not be this bad with ads but it’s what has made me delete the app before.

Account Restrictions For Free Users
I remember at one when ads would unlock up to 600+ extra profiles. I’m sure others would agree if I suggested that feature be added back in the app immediately

Filters
It would be great if there is an option for language filters. I believe that most of the users prefer to meet their own race or people who can talk and understand their language. If there is an such option. You guys might drag more users.

Delete Unresponsive Messages
My inbox is full of messages from people didn't respond, as I'm sure others are too. It would be nice to have a function to delete these messages either auto delete or a filter to more easily locate the messages to delete them. This is a win win situation for users and Grindr. User has a leaner inbox experience and Grindr servers aren't logging messages that never got a response.

You’re charging WAYYYY too much money. It makes the app less worth while for those who do pay as well. So it’s like why pay at all?

Finding your type is challenging enough without the added burden of high subscription costs. It feels unfair to force an entire generation, many of whom cannot afford an expensive app, to struggle in their search for companionship. The high subscription fees make it difficult for free users to justify the cost, especially when they receive so few features in return.
Not everyone has the financial means to purchase a subscription. By charging such high prices, you inadvertently make it harder for people from all demographics to find partners who match their physical and lifestyle preferences. In the…5 votes -

That management is allowing advertisers to totally take over my phone and render it unusable for 3 to 5 minutes until their ad is played!

Lots of App Glitches
Lots of glitches in the app.
In the messages screen cannot click on a picture to open the profile. Now need to open the individual chat and click on the picture at the top in the chat to get to the profile.
Not refreshing online status. It shows people as online when they haven't been in about an hour. Sometimes it works by pulling down to refresh on the explore screen, but only a fraction of the time
Can no longer distinguish between messages that have been sent and those that have been delivered. Everything shows as delivered so you…

See when someone is typing from messages screen
It would be really nice if with the unlimited membership you could see people typing directly from the messages screen and not have to open individual chats to see when someone is typing. It would even be nice to see when someone is typing in the explore screen.

Hola, me parece que los precios de las suscripciones están desproporcionados, exageradamente costosos (por lo menos para Colombia) deberían ajustar los precio de acuerdo a cada país, porque mientras en Estados Unidos con una hora de trabajo puedes pagar la suscripción pero en Colombia cuesta casi un día y medio de trabajo.
