Taps should be free to see for everyone
Charging us just to see taps is rather extreme. As much as I understand that this app is a business there should also be a level of consideration for its users. Not everyone can afford unlimited. Some basic features such as taps etc should be freely accessible

Ads Everywhere, Features Nowhere – Unfair Experience for Free Users
Free users are exposed to a large number of ads, which already generates revenue for Grindr. However, at the same time, many features are locked unless you pay—such as seeing who viewed your profile, who tapped you, or accessing more profiles.
This feels unfair. If ads are already making money for the app, then free users shouldn’t face so many limitations. Paying for extra features is understandable, but basic functionality shouldn’t feel like it’s behind a paywall and full of ads. It creates a frustrating experience that pushes users away rather than encouraging them to upgrade.
Additionally, features like Taps…

There must be a way to search notes. Being it back please.
The ability to create and search notes was a great feature that was added to Grindr. It was a reason I was willing to pay for the app. It's a very helpful feature and should somehow be able to be put back into the app somehow.

if you’re gonna have the favorites tab, show if they’re online or not!

Less ads they are out of control. The asking about ads out of control get it together
Less ads and asking

Revert Favorites back to a tab and not as a filter
The new Favorites filter is complete nonsense. The tab it used to be was much better and far more useful. Having to adjust search filters to look at your favorites is completely ridiculous and whoever thought of that must not have had anything else to do.

Bring back the ability to view Tap Persons
Too little free opportunity. Bring back the ability to view the person who tapped you.

Bloqueo de Taps
Cuál es el objetivo de ahora también bloquear los taps, incluso los no vistos. Cada día menos ganas de entrar a la app que cada actualización son menos beneficios. Incorporan cosas que no se necesitan y quitan las útiles. Me decepciono

Favorites
Please bringt back Favorites or a Contacts-Tab..
It provided information such as "last seen" and "distance" while the profiles were sorted. Why downgrade the app?

Taps
Bring back free taps – at least the ones of the last day. I wake up and see I got taps after I went offline – but I can't see them?!
You might make older taps unlockable by making me watch an ad or sth but don't hide them completely! They should stay unlocked when I watch an ad btw., don't hide them again 😉

Change it back
Change favorites back…again!! It is useless in its current state. Having to clear all filters to see my favorites. Not to mention I don’t know if they somewhat close to me or have been on recently.

Why
Why would you change the favorites again?!? I hate the way it is. It’s practically useless. I can’t see if they have been on recently or nearby without having to go to their profile and looking like a creeper when I show up in their veiwed me.

Enough with the pop ups
All the pop up ads is making the app unusable. Open the app…AD. Go to send/read message…AD. Breathe while the app open…AD. Its annoying! Then on top of that more and more basic features keep getting moved behind a paywall. Just save everyone the trouble and say the app is subscription only so we can all leave and find something better!

Stop removing free features
I really would like to keep using Grindr however this is becoming very difficult with removing free features such as favorites tab where you would be able to see last online time and limiting taps/views to only the last one. THERE ARE MILIONS OF ADDS but now basic features are being removed and are charged? The app is becoming impossible to use without XTRA which is already overpriced. The saddest thing is that this is the only app the lgbt community has in some countries.. So disappointed and dissatisfied

Return visible taps, this should be a free feature! Really hammering on the cash of the lgbt community is not what I expected from this app.

It’s a really sad day when as a gay man, you are forced to pay to just interact with your own community. The subscriptions are way too expensive so some features need to be free! Removing free features will earn the distrust of the community, that can’t be replaced with other customers.3 votes -
Taps free again
The app is getting worse, the chat is always delayed and many times they mix profile pictures and names. Then it crushes all the time, but now is getting even more expensive each update!? Now IF I WANT TO SEE MY TAPS I HAVE TO PAY? wtf

Exploring New Ways to Engage and Gather User Feedback
’ve been exploring different platforms and communities https://acheterdelaweed.com/ to see how we can better engage and improve user experiences. I came across some interesting discussions and thought I’d share a little about the user feedback space I’m working on.
We’re focused on providing a platform where users can easily share their thoughts and ideas. If anyone’s interested in learning more or has suggestions, feel free to check out our community here. I’m always curious to hear how others are approaching user engagement and feedback.
