Not being able to see who views us without paying thats not fare you should also make everybody show a face picture regaurdless

Don’t compress photos
I’m being told my newly uploaded recently taken iPhone 13 Pro photos are blurry , for the first time in all my years of using grindr. I suspect it has to do with grindr compressing these photos. This is a photo driven app and interaction is driven by media sharing. Grindr should not be compressing photos and lowering quality as it directly affects the enjoyment and mutual trust among users

New function: A regular’s list
A great new function would be to create a « Regular’s list ». People who are regular hookups, and who would receive a notification when I am looking for a hookup now/later today. It would save so much time asking everyone each time.

disclosure info data in fair
equally unlocked or disclosed info data which is gone through verified to each other who do have same verified info data, especially on face profile which representing identity to avoid having any user or hacker take opportunity to get others discreet info as well as better protection and satisfaction experience for all user

Quick reply in notifications
Quick reply. I don't wanna have to enter the app just to reply a text. Be considerate for closeted people who wanna discreetly reply. You should add the person's name n text to notifications to quick reply. It's a very basic feature in smartphones. And dammit don't make people pay for it.

Notification parity.
What if: when the app makes a sound notifying one of a message or tap, when the app is opened you actually find the amount of times you heard the sound, reflects how many messages or taps you have recieved? Like when the app worked.

Grindr has a responsibility to make their platform safe for all users. The app can block words from profiles like "massage" and "ass" but refuses to address the use of "BBC".

Scammers can block me, preventing reporting
If a scammer gets the sense that I am onto them (eg. They ask if we could switch to WhatsApp and I say no), they quickly block me and disappear from my message feed. The flaw in the system is that I am then not able to report them. Could you not leave the historical message chain active, but prevent the blocked person from further communication?

The profile boost feature could leave the user a little further away from other profiles.
I frequently use the profile boost feature. However, this feature puts me just a few meters away from several profiles, which only provokes curiosity, but not necessarily real interest. I suggest this feature gets me close to people, but not too close, maybe 100 meters or a little more.
