Restore deleted profile using downloaded data
I usually delete my profile every few months. There should be an option to restore deleted profile next time I want to again sign up for Grindr. There should be options to create new profile and fill the old messages, favourites from the previously deleted user profile. I would like a feature where I should be able to create a new profile using downloaded profile data.

Favourites
I'm not happy with the way Favourites are being displayed after your recent alteration. I can no longer see their distance nor can I see if they've gone offline. Can you please either reinstate the previous version or at least make it optional. Many thanks.

Discreet chat mode!
We need a mode that will turn off the noticeable Grindr chat colors so nosey people can stay out of our business. Maybe a grayscale, or something more typical of other messaging platforms. Should be able to toggle on and off as needed.

Do not show someone else's location, if the person chooses to hide it's own location
As a user of Grindr for a very long time, I want to address a privacy issue. If a user is willing to keep it's distance hidden from other users, then he should also not be able to see someone else's distance, even if the other person has kept their distance settings "turned on". This results in enhanced privacy and trust building.

Misleading ads and hiding the close button
The ads on the free version of the app have been ruining the user experience for a while and this should be of no surprise to anyone at Grindr. However, I’m now getting adds with deliberately misleading false notifications saying things like APPLE ACCOUNT LOCKED which are impossible to exit either because of the obscuring of the X out button or not including it in the first place. It is already annoying enough that the ads are totally inappropriate for the rather captive audience but now the site feels like a badly designed porn-tube streaming site full of nonsense pop…

Easier to report bots
Please make it easier to report bots, rather than multiple click-through pages to hide a bot from my grid. And better yet, actually investigate reported bots and take down profiles that use the same profile picture.

Make taps deletable again
Please make taps deletable, just like chats. And allow us to delete them all at once, not one by one. To the Grindr team—many of whom may use the app yourselves—please make this happen!

Yeah, how about you do more to moderate your app. I'm blocking 10 profiles a day. Ridiculous.

When you delete conversations they go to a trash folder for 30 days so if one was deleted by accident it can be recovered
