1. Why would you make gender uncustomizable?

   Taking away people’s ability to explain their gender as they see it is a step backwards. I don’t know why y’all would decide to make this a feature in our current climate. Only explanation I can see is because of the huge number of cis men who use the section to joke about non binary genders, which is understandable. However, those transphobic people should not be the reason that trans people have confines placed on their identities.

   Also- the category I would put this in is User Experience but that’s not an option.

2. Delete album no longer assisted with profile to save storage.

   There are several albums shared with me that don't have profiles. Disk is cheap, but it isn't free and less clutter= better performance.

4. Not being able to report a profile if I can’t communicate with it

   Once I’ve scrolled past the viewable limit. If I see a profile with a title like “drugs and fuck” I can’t report it because clicking on it takes me to the premium update page.
   There should be the ability to click and hold to report button and auto capture the profile pic and title with an additional info box.

5. "Nearby" option just doesn't work.

   Be cool if I, a Nova Scotian, wasn't getting recommended people from New York when I use the explore feature to looking for people NEARBY.

7. Add “Boy Next Door” to Tribes selections

   When selecting a tribe, none of the current ones listed cover the my identified Tribe; which most of the LGBTQ+ dating apps already have as an option. This tribe is “Boy Next Door” which perfectly depicts me and I know many other within the app. You can find the description below.

13. Stop Limiting How Many People We Can See At Once

    Seems as time progresses grinder is giving less and less , I get that the point is to sell memberships but you also have adds that pay for the free version.

    You have limited the people we can view
    Limited the filters
    Limited the view of people who saw our profile
    And now limited the fresh tab

    It’s really getting to a point where it’s more limiting then allowing to interact and slowly people will get off it.

14. Tags are broken

    When I try to search with a single tag (eg rough), even with 0 other filters enabled (eg position, age), I often can't view a single profile! Grindr should always show a minimum of 15 profiles or so for free, otherwise what's the point?

16. "Grouping" group/couples rework

    Improve group and couples functions. My partner and I have been ”grouping" since we left highschool. It is it's own legit lifestyle. Make it easy for couples and groups to connect. It would be more inclusive, and grow the community. Grouping allows, for example, a strait person who is partners with a bisexual person to mingle and experiment if they like. It would grow exceptance and understanding of the lgbtq+ community while allowing those may be curious, unsure, or even considered strait to be involved and to help them understand themselves better. Many "strait" people take a bisexual partner. By improving "group" functions to include couples you are including many people who fully support the community and may well be, or become a part of it. Some couples only want to meet other couples for alot of different reason. Its very difficult at this point, for a legit couple to find another legit couple who share their interests. It is nearly impossible if youre trying to find a 3rd couple who will share those same interests. Rework, improve and consolidate the "grouping" group/ couples functions.

    Give xtra and unlimited members option to use an automatic chat that will “match” two online people and they can start talking to each other instantly. sometimes takes hours to find the perfect person to talk to so this will lessen the time and will give users a more convenient and easy option to chat with multiple users, can also match based on distance but optional

    people spoofing distance in the past has allowed childish and mean people to fool me into going to meet them only for them to not really be there and I ended up in a dangerous place. this should not be allowed and infact should be blocked by your app.
