Unfair Album/Photo Trade
Grinder users when they converse with other users sometimes enter into a picture trade. More often than not, some users who share photo albums or photos are disrespected. After a party sent his/her photo/album they are either ignored or blocked. Blocking lowers self esteem of users. In order to address this, please add a function tradeable photo albums, where both parties click on a something like Agree on Pic Trade button to say they enter into an agreement, which if both parties agreed, they will be able to have access to the tradeable album/s at the same time. Make it so people outside of your age range cannot view your profile
This should've been something the app launched with. If I'm not interested in someone older than my specified age filter, why can they see my profile. I'm sick and tired of being harassed by older men who don't understand an age limit.

Too many paid-only features
Over the years, Grindr has become less and less useful until you pay up ridiculous subscription prices. More and more features stripped away from free accounts. The most intrusive and constant Ad's at every screen. Even some privacy/protection features which should be a basic addition, are stripped unless you pay.
Make unlimited blocks available to everyone. Grindr is full of crazy and dangerous people and making users pay to make sure they can disconnect from those people, makes it look like privacy and security is a privilege.

reporting
Everytime I go to report some obvious robots or just scammers, the app sends me a notification saying they’re gonna ban me for harassment. this has happened consistently every single time. So either change this bs or loose people cause your app has bad glitches.

People asking for nudes and the chats gets nowhwre.
People shouldn't be asked for nudes just for it to reach somewhere else for sale and that is a risk of privacy and safety.

Pop up after blocking someone
Instead of pop up a message to accept to block it should be a banner saying that you blocked someone and that you can undo it. Same as when you delete an item from your cart at Amazon. Because is very annoying when you want to block people they are not your style and requires clicks and time

I have a great idea for improvement of user experience, you guys could start answering emails when things go wrong!

Trans community presence. Make a separate app for the trans community.

I want to be able to look for just other smokers as I love smoking. It's a fetish and it would be great to be able to add it to my filters just as well as I suppose some don't want to meet smokers

Get rid of the ads there is too many ads app is unusable every 5 seconds it's taking you to a different ad or a web browser page which should not be opening all on its own you guys have made this app unusable with so many ads it's ridiculous many of us are actually talking about getting rid of grinder app is unusable because of the ads this app is very poor right now

Make the promotions pop up less.
It’s really annoying when the promotion pops up everytime i do something on the app. It should only be one time and there should be a “not interested” button
