Phishing bots and invasive ads??
Get rid of the ads that automatically open internet browsers and redirect to sites that probably lead to viruses. When one of those comes up, the only way to get back to Grindr is by terminating the app and opening it again. Ads like that do the opposite of making me want to pay for the use of this app. Aside from that, when did the app become so full of women (both cis and supposedly trans)? This App Is Is Going Downhill
It is unbelievable how fast this app changed from being the best to becoming the worst. New changes made this app less thrilling search for free members and extremely EXPENSIVE to subscribe. Trust me, this app won’t last that long…someone out there actually is building the best one unless Grindr does the right things. It’s starting to become corporate greed.

Bring back the age limit tab without any restriction.
It would be good if the age limit gets the way it was before. In the past , we can set age limit like (18-20),(only18),(30-32,) something like that . Literally I can fix at my own will as I like . I can set the age limit to my preference. But now, it is been restricted like (18-23) , (20-25) . There is fixed 5 years limit. My preference is (18-20) . But i can't fix it at 18- 20 . Grindr Sold Out
Grindr made a huge mistake by selling ads to this company that makes all these TS and “my big 10 in” profile taps. Have they done anything about it? No, because they are making money while the users that pay money are overall annoyed. But why fix it if no revenue is being lost? I’ve wrote support several times, no response…there’s no response because there is not a fix. Grindr is making bank by the rise in app interactions, normally to make their app look better before selling…mark my words…watch….

Reevaluate AI moderation and entire moderation department
Unfortunately I am aware of the apps financial status and staffing issues and AI moderation is a way to save $. But please publish the accuracy specs of your moderation platform. At this point, since you changed the user agreement to not have to specify what violation occured who's to say the AI was correct when you have an overworked backlogged staff member handing your appeal who can just deny it without even really reading it Hell, even Facebook/Instagram has more oversight opportunities for users than this. App blocks or hides wrong profile
I noticed recently the app will block/hide wrong profiles. Sometimes, I still see the profile I hide right after. When this happens, I go to my block/hide list. Then 100% times that the app hides the wrong profile. If I have talked to that person, then the profile will be blocked wrongly.

Seriously this app has gone to complete hell. The taps are all tranny bots scammers, and hookers. Since you’re clearly not interested in verifying who uses this platform, at least let those who are showing out hundreds of dollars the ability to get rid of this useless feature.

Add Verified User System to Reduce Fake Profiles and Scams
Lately, I’ve noticed a growing number of fake or suspicious accounts on Grindr. Many of them send taps or messages but never reply, often using repeated photos or empty profiles. PolyTrack makes it hard to trust real connections and increases the risk of scams or catfishing.
Issues observed:
Too many unverified profiles are sending spam or fake messages.
Reports about fake users often take a long time to process or get no feedback.
No visible verification mark to identify real people.
Suggested improvements:
Add an optional or required photo/ID verification system.
Introduce a verified badge for real accounts.
