Get rid of the fucking “taps”? Fake ass spamming profiles use them and you mother fuckers do nothing when it’s reported.

the explore tab
The feed of the explore tab keeps scrolling back to the top independent of my input. i try scrolling down and can't go very far before i am returned to the top.

The entire app is unstable after the recent changes of favorites and right now. Please revert everything back to normaol
Does not load pictures favorites.
Fit the other cities, if you apply any filters, it jumps around.
No search on the favorite notes.Please revert back the recent changes of favorite from the top to bottom, get rid of right now, there is no value add for it, and allow searchable function for favorite notes.

Suggest adding support for previewing shared Word files via browser plugin
Sometimes people share .docx files, but it’s inconvenient to open them manually in another app. I suggest recommending or integrating a browser extension like OfficeViewer (https://officeviewer.org/doc-viewer), which lets users preview Word documents directly in the browser—no installation or login required. It would make handling shared Word files much smoother and faster.

What I think about the app
Your app when it comes to free version has too many ads and spam any freezes and legs and we do subscription. It’s not worth the money because I don’t use all the features and also freezes and lag and you also having paid options for views and other stuff and think that should be included with a subscription and not extra money for it predict in a couple of few years. This app will be obsolete if it continues this way and if it gets worse.

Why does the travel feature not appear to me in another city if the phone language is Arabic?

Fix this app!
You have to force stop and restart the app just to refresh always "something went wrong" or "cannot determine location" even tho all permissions have been giving. Or the screen just loads and loads, it's very frustrating. And it's the sole reason I will not pay the outrageous price for membership, that in the aggressive amount of ads. Do better!
Oh and if you could figure a way to filter out the scammers and hookers that would be great too!

let me turn off push notifications that are not from human interaction
i want notifications telling me when someone has messaged/tapped me, NOT notifications where the app just says "hey open this app now" for no fucking reason. you already show me a billion ads while im using the app. you don't have to piss me off when im NOT using the app too

PvP Felt Off
Faced a player in PvP who shredded me in seconds. Been grinding for months—never seen damage like that. Not trying to cheat, just curious. Got any article that explains how people do this in Lost Ark?

Fix the BOTTOM Menu in iOS 18.1 beta 2
The BOTTOM menu has disappeared from the app. This really reduces the VERSitility of the app. This needs to be a TOP priority to get it fixed. You should put a-SIDE other priorities and get this fixed. ;-)

Fix your notifications
For these high prices fix your app. For 1 tap I receive 3-6 messages notifications about that 1 tap. If someone sends me a message I also receive that same notification 2-6 times. Once for 3 different taps and 4 messages and 6 photos sent to me I received 36 messaged notifications. I do not pay to use this app so that I can get false notifications and deal with the annoyance. I have just let it go thinking this would be fixed in time but it seems to be getting worse. Now I am chatting and read messages and…

Poor UX, album button moved to forth position
Its a common sense that the most used button in picture is send album and by god good luck u set it up as the third in the list beinging it closest to the thumb
Now its on 4th position and larger phone its a pain.
The worst thing is how can you guys miss this in testing ?
Is your ux that incompetent and your testers dont use the app at all?
