Bad for the users
This app poses a significant threat to the mental health to its users. The impulsive risky actions that the app encourages is not good for the users. If Grindr wanted to make a difference in the LGBTQ+ community it should change how the app functions. The app should function similar to serious dating apps. This would improve the mental health of the community. The app is connects the users to the good feeling of sex, which causes them to continually use the app when it is not in their best interest.

Mock Location Tally
Going through the first 10 pages of this feedback forum there are over 2300 votes to restore the Mock Location feature. Just wanted to tally all the feedback posts into one so maybe we could get the bigger picture! 2300 votes to restore let's keep it going from here!

Better locations & ban using 'right now'
All users should have locations on what towns/cities they are based ad for example Based in ''Leeds (55 miles away)''. That saves morons randomly asking 'where u'.
Ban all users putting 'Right now/now''etc on their profile/bio, Its misleading and most dont know the definition of it. Many put right now but not actually free for like a week or so, so whats the point of it?

Allow us to report profiles with fake addresses or location
I have gotten a few profiles that use a fake location and send me to someone's house. I believe being able to report profiles for this, EVEN AFTER THEY BLOCK YOU.

Dont have ethnicity option, and should also let us upload video
It’s clear that yal don’t care about what people been wanting and that’s ethnicity filter back. Yal unlimited upgrade is a joke it’s pricey yet we don’t have the ethnicity filter and can’t even upload more intimate pictures. It would be a fair price if yal at least let members who are paying for that upgrade to upload pictures that are a little more intimate.

Destroy the app & shut down your organization
If you guys can't maintain or improve an existing app, better shut it down!! It has become trash that I won't even wanna use on gunpoint.
It's tremendously slow, messages don't go, of they're sent, it doesn't show up. Unable to resend a failed message. Profies don't load at all or take long time. No notifications for received message or tap. Chat history takes hours to load & still some chats are missing.
Do something if you consider yourself worthy & if you wanna exist in the market!! WAKE UP 😡1 vote -

Been using Grindr for several years. This morning, when I went to login on the web-based version, I get a message "Recaptcha error, please disable your ad-blockers and try again." Really???? I have ad blockers on for a reason, and that should have nothing to do with a Grindr subscription for which I am paying a lot of money. Get it together!

The fact you guys are raising the hell out of premium making the community exclusive is ridiculous, it’s a slap in the face and an obvious money grab, took away the ability for general taps and viewed me which should of just been free in general ALONG with every other feature. The white oriented bots are a slap in the face as well and racistt and y’all are allowing DL/Straight men to take over the app instead of the gays/trans/bi( that actually been on there, it’s disgusting and grindr has been ruined and getting worse.

Creation of the Go Up button in messages
Every time I go up the messages to see the old messages, and choose one, when I exit the message, I am redirected to the recent messages. Usually when I want to see an old message, among dozens or hundreds, I don't get the one I want the first time, I have to look for it one by one many times, and I can't do that because when I leave a message, I I am redirected to recent messages. They could put the back button at the top like when you scroll down to see the most distant profiles instead…

To address this, I propose the implementation of a live chat room feature, allowing users to engage in real-time conversations. Additionally, introducing a notification system for expressing interest in private chats would greatly enhance user experience. I am confident that these enhancements would resonate positively with the majority of our members, elevating their overall satisfaction with the platform
