Discreet creeps can tap with the press of one button but it takes me like four button presses to block the peeping toms. If people can send faceless wolf whistles with the press of one bottom I should at least be able to block them as effortlessly, that is, with the press of one button.

The last 3 expiring photos I've received have just been spam for porn sites.
How about all users have to confidentially verify themselves before being able to use any app features. Users have to confidentially upload a face pic and then upload another one satisfying some random criteria: finger touching nose, left hand raised with palm facing forward, etc and this could be assessed by face recognition technology. This would stop bots from users features to send spam.

Relegate faceless users to a dark room tab and give users with face pics the choice of whether they wish to be on display to anonymous users in the dark room tab

Being perved on by faceless profiles is unsettling and not something we should have to experience. Currently the blanks can remain invisible to users with face pictures, but not the other way around and that's not fair. Adding the suggested feature/filter would let face pic users engage with each other free from the harassment/spam/disappointment of faceless messages.

As if there are tags for "anon", "brunch" and "catperson" but not "facepic"! I think many more people on Grindr would identify with the tag facepic than catperson, yet you deny us the choice of a facepic tag.
