    Stop banning people and presuming they're guilty without even having context. How about a three strikes system instead of ruining everyone's night with an appeal. Grindr is owned by a videogame company. Surely it can understand that not everything is the way it looks.

  3. Verified profiles

    I am someone who puts my own picture on the display but a lot of times I am asked by users to share more pictures or video call for verification doubting my integrity. If we can introduce a feature of verification and get blue ticks in, match profile picture with my live photo, that would really help people feel that what they see on display is true and no other verification needed.

  4. I wish there was some more room

    I wish there was some more space when you go to someone's profile to add in more details. I know this feature currently exists already (if you favourite someone (you can leave a note on their profile after favouriting) but there is not enough room in the text box provided. An option to manually add a nickname to someone's profile, maybe a last known location too and sexual preferences.   5. Default keyboard language

    For multilingual users:
    Each chat should remember the last language used so that you don’t have to constantly change keyboard language between conversations. WhatsApp and other chat apps do it, so it shouldn’t be too complicated. Would be very convenient in Europe!!

  7. The app is not working!

    The last weeks the app is terrible! Many messages are not delivered, 8 out of 10 times there are no notifications for taps, 8 out of 10 times albums don’t open from chat and have to restart the app, and at certain time of the day the app runs very very slow. I know I am not the only one having these problems because many more people I chat with are complaining about the same issues.
    Are you finally going to fix them or will we have to cancel our expensive subscriptions and look for another app that works better…

  8. All the limitations

    Dont get me wrong, I'm not stupid. An app needs development, which needs money. But to actually now start limiting MORE after those years? Very stupid meausures honestly. Tinder has done more for my gay self than grindr has in 6 years. How sad is that considering they took over your concept?
    Also I'm bringing this realistically, right. I'm not going to stop using the app. Am I using it way, Way, WAY less though? Yes.

  9. Improve performance and reduce cost

    Messages sending but don't deliver for hours sometimes. The price of a subscription is unreasonable for an app that performs very poorly. Very popular app with the worst performance of any app on my phone and I have a lot of apps. Get a new developer team, the app has been unstable year in year out for literally years. Slow messages can literally ruin a connection with a guy, get it together Grindr it's just not good enough

  10. Exclusion filtering

    Right now it’s only possible to use filters to showcase profiles that have the selected criteria. But i’d like to see the option to not showcase certain profiles based on what they have on their profile. For instance, i’d want to filter away everyone who has “hookup” in their looking for, so that I can see profiles that arent hunting.

  11. Message Sync

    Message Sync - I do not see the back up feature on Android anymore. I hope that message sync allows me to continue using the app in between platforms without loosong data. This would make it a seemless transition specially for someone changing to iOS from Android or cice versa

  12. Grinder to respond to every suggestion

    You all realize you are just here to bark out your complaints and literally no one will ever hear from the folks looking at these at Grinder. The more you move away from the app it gives better ones out there a chance. They limit free experience to a row of folks to check out, increased price for nothing unique, allowed str8 to overwhelm the opportunity to take space from a gay man, spam accounts are multiplying like fire at any location, and gave up on making it a gay mans app long time ago.   13. Worst expirience now days app crashing every 2 minute

    Each 2 minutes app crashed when I sent msgs can't send instantly it's just time consuming too much can't even get new msgs instant when I saw 3 message receive from 1 person we will tap to open it no message showing there in conversation can't even refresh always loading loading and loading worst app right now in history after last few six updates... Gonna think to delete this app

  16. What if someone else is upset because you showed no interest paste and copy hus profile and report to mediator

    Some people really are arrogant and self centered and believe that you can't say know Red flag them might be a worst indication then us notice! Is there a way to Red Flag them maybe a Red flag symbol would help!

    I pay for unlimited. And at that price, why am I being bombarded with ads in my messages that are labeled deceitfully as “sponsored”?

  20. Filters

    Well, when we deactivate the “show me” option in explore, this should not mean that the filter option, for example, the person who deactivated the function does not appear, it is wrong, sometimes you want to see a certain person or a certain audience and you don't see it due to the removal of seeing it in explore, it's okay that there are unwanted contacts but the filters don't match the exploration, if you think like that the whole app is about exploration. It's a big hunt.
