1. Overload of ads

   As of now, I’m not able to afford a subscription on Grindr, and because I’m not paying, the ads are just too much. Please give us a break! Do the Grindr gods think they will ad us into submission until we buy a subscription?! No. You’re going to start losing bodies if you keep up with the ad blitz.

   BUT!!! Here’s my idea to better Grindr… chat rooms!
   Anyone remember gay(.)com? Remember the Local, State and National chat rooms there were! Guys were able to gather in groups and talk with a group at once. It felt more like a community. And then you had the option to go private chat with a guy if you come across each other in the chat room! With technology having advanced since gay(.)com, you could even offer each person the option of providing their camera access to others. And on the vertical list of people on Grindr, which is next to the chat box, you would have each persons icon, headshot, main pic. I really think giving people more access to others via chat rooms, brings Grindr out of the shadows as being this gay seedy, cesspool of an app, and more into the mainstream of things.    I swear to god i block and report like 3 accounts per week and they just keep coming back, make creating new accounts harder for impersonators and scammers.

   Baseado em melhorar a segurança e dar mais confiança aos usuários, queria sugerir uma ferramenta chamada: RETRIBUO.
   Está ferramenta consiste em um álbum de apenas uma foto de perfil do usuário com selo e verificação pelo grindr, que quando alguém pergunta se a pessoa compartilha sua foto para se conhecerem em um primeiro contato, onde há casos que quando uma das partes envia e visualiza a outra simplesmente ignora ou até bloqueia o outro usuário. Com essa ferramente a foto ficará invisível ou destorcida até que ambos envie o álbum RETRIBUO. Quando os dois enviarem, aí a ferramenta libera para visualização e ambos terão os diretos de visualização simultânea. Acredito que desta forma poderíamos igualar a privacidade dos usuários, e combater perfis fake.

14. Pop up ads are really annoying, especially since there are already ads within the grid. REMOVE THEM!

    This is going to push people away from using the app. Ads within the grid and then pop ups right when you open the app, click on a profile, or are within a profile. This is excessive and to pay to remove pop ups or other ads is not worth it.

    As previously mentioned. Let me block a blocker. The trolling is like half of my experiences here. It almost feels purposeful tbh like why can't we also block them? It's clear the button exists for a reason and the fastest person to use it doesn't mean they were the ones who needed it. Just let me do it too. anything but having equal power there is (I'll say it again) almost like it's on purpose. 👀 Fix it
