1. Fix Block Feature!

   The Block Feature not working has become a safety issue that Grindr is ignoring. I will never again pay to use this app for this reason! There is simply no excuse for this. Having to block the same people 10x a day is ludicrous and proves that Grindr doesn't really care about user safety or security as this has been an open issue FOREVER!

   I will begin by saying I am a hard-core fan of the app, one of the first people to register on Grindr. have always enjoyed the experience with its ups and downs, overall favorite dating app. having said that, recently the app is simply unusable! the amount of bugs that occur constantly every single day is obscene! The experience has become frustrating! the list of issues is endless. I could list a few here like messages not being sent out although they look delivered and read on the other end. App would refuse to refresh for hours. actions like tapping someone’s profile simply disappear, and you end up having to do it again, but the person actually gets it twice , the app crashes out completely sometimes. These are just a few! All in all, the app is buggy from the moment it’s opened! Help us get back to a pleseant dating app experience :)

8. So many bugs. App barely runs

   Ever since I updated my iPhone, the app can barely function. Notifications won’t go away once checked and continue to be “new” even dozens of messages later. Messages won’t load or update. Pictures won’t load or send. Forces an ad every 4 clicks and then app crashes after 20 clicks. Nothing will update, not even the people near me. Was considering upgrading, but I definitely won’t now that the app cannot even run correctly.

9. Deleting Profile Photos

   When adding a new profile pic, I delete the original one, then upload the new one I want. My photo deletes, the new one shows up with the clock, I hit save and wait. When I click on my profile again, my original pic is back and my new one is in the second slot. I'm running the beta version of the app and all I find are glitches.

    the whole app completely " Null Pictures " only ads animations working , other people profile showing (?) on their pic profile , i did tried upload picture seen like doesn't work at all too .

11. Grinder doesn't work probably in the Middle East

    The app keeps closing with out any reason I don't know if grinder is under attack in the middle east but I know for sure that we are highly depending on grinder so this problem should be solve soon we use grinder more than any other application

12. Notifications settings need rework April 2024

    App is acting incorrectly as usual.

    I receive multiple notifications for one single message that comes through

    The mute chat feature does not work! I still get notified when a muted person chats me. Please update

    The received taps feature also does not work. I personally do not want to be notified for taps and switching this option off has never worked. Please update to fix

    AI is basically technology doing things by either its own or others manipulating technology to do things of any kind. Including code and it also gets affected by how technology is made. I’m using a lot of AI right now and the app is working against what I use.

15. Setting for data saving. Because the detail in the app is tremendous now with the ads and videos but beyond that reduce the graphics

    I don't know why this app has to use so much freaking data for such a simple display. Reduce detail. Or allowed the option to everything doesn't have to be 1080p or 2 K quality. Also because of my weak signal sometimes none of the homepage loads or all of it does however when you click on profiles all you get is a blank screen with the basic background setup when I click on videos or try to load the pictures often I have to sit there waiting for it to buffer which can be un-forthcoming Even after 10 minutes Still staring at blank profile. And that's on every profile. Constantly getting error messages having messages not send saying no internet connection sometimes Even when I have five bars on a 5g signal.
    I think it's this app that says it's not your fault it's ours when a certain Type of glitch occurs.
    Additionally it would be nice if your filters worked better instead of wasting all the spaces or the few spaces you give us with incorrect results. Even when the profiles have the opposite of what my preferences say I'm looking for versatile versatile bottom bottom Etc and that's what many of them have checked in the boxes under what their interest is then you get every fifth one turning out to be top sometimes two or three in a row that's not what I was looking for that's not checked I don't know why that happens when they actually have the boxes checked for what their preferences are and they don't match mine yet still they show up in the results. That is if I can get the profiles to even pop up as I was saying reduce the amount of data you so that profiles can load up when you click on a profile that when you it opens there's a picture there or if there's no picture at least whatever the preferences are if they put any if it's a blank profile that's a blank profile but if it's not a blank profile when you click on it it should be pictures information whatever's in the profile and it's reduced home screen form should appear inside the profile and you shouldn't get messages that don't send and it doesn't even tell you they didn't send that's the worst part. I go back 2 days later I'm going through my profiles looking for responses in the message is never sent and there's no red marker mark or anything to tell me there's an issue. So people waiting for my responses and they're not getting them. Anyway I know I'm using the free version I'm very financially constrained currently occasionally I have purchased it but the prices you charge are above and beyond unreasonable especially since this app has actually more glitches than a for a. And that's pretty bad. Come on do the gay World a favor and represent quality. I know this particular app doesn't represent the highest class of people but you could at least make it work right and show that we're not a bunch of dumbasses one for spending money on an app that doesn't work half the time two for being the creators of the app and the programmers that don't know what the hell they're doing. Looks bad on your company looks bad on our community. Thank you.
    PS Maybe you can offer like scruff has is check my Connection Feature That will allow the app Check the settings see Or whether there's a connection at all Because when I have five bars 5G I still get no connection sometimes A while Upwards of a half an hour I can't get in I can't do anything It's showing me profiles as if it's refreshed But it's telling me There's no signal on 5G with the full five bars. Maybe with the check my connection feature it can analyze the signals find the actual connection and adapt the app to it? I don't know but I do know I won't pay for the app because of all these things even when I did just last week the same things were happening nothing was any better and at the prices you want not a chance I'd rather take the glitches on a for a and pay next to nothing compared

17. Use government issued identification when creating an accounts.

    I recently got suspended because of someone think I’m an underage, and after I did the identity verification, I got no useful help, but kept banned. It’s so frustrating to me that I have to wait an untold time to recover my account, and I can’t create a new account here. Therefore, why not ask users to provide government issued information to confirm the age problem. I know that minors may use their parents if to login, but it will not at least promote this problem.

    A usabilidade do app está prejudicada em SP, São Paulo, é simplesmente péssimo a geolocalização que não atualiza conforme o usuário se movimenta pela cidade ou não esta não é capaz de acompanhar

    Outro ponto é com relação ao envio de mensagens, é muito ruim, pois mesmo com dados ativos em local com rede ou conectado a uma rede wi-fi, o app demora a se conectar e iniciar o processo de envio, o app também não é capaz de retomar o processo de envio de mensagens por si só, é necessário que o usuário verifique o chat e refaça o envio da mensagem, prejudicando o desenvolvimento de conversas entre usuários, isso é o mínimo que precisa ser corrigido com urgência.

20. Age filter to show people who do not display their age

    When applying the age filter, this is removing people who have chosen not to publicly display their age. This did used to be if you set this to between ages, but it now does this even when you only have an upper age limit.
    The filter needs to include all people even if their age isn't on public display and entering your age even if hidden, should be mandatory to allow these filters to work as other apps do. Without it doing this, you as a person filtering are missing out on that profile and as a person who has chosen not to display your age is being removed from people potentially finding you.
    There's many reasons people may chose not to display their age, but in doing so, it should not penalise them by removing them from filters as this is then IMO discriminating against people who want to keep some privacy. By having the age being completed as mandatory, but an option to display or not would allow full inclusion.
