Block
I’m not sure why the latest update has eliminated the block feature and instead has added a hide feature.
If someone doesn’t want to communicate with a person, especially if it’s to avoid harassment, blocking should be an option. Why the change?5 votes -

Deberían evitar que cuando se da like a las fotos del álbum se guarden dentro del chat
You should prevent when someone taps on a pic from the album and then it is saved within the chat even if you are on a extra or a premium account it is a violation of privacy to leave intimate pics inside the chat

Remove the 'Explore' feature you implemented where it shows random users from around the globe
Remove the new 'Explore' feature you implemented (May2025) where it shows random users from around the globe. Its irrelevant to users. If people want to explore and area they are visiting, you should keep that function of grindr, but nit the random explore windows/blocks from around the world. This is breaching privacy controls by showing users without consent!

massive block/unblock Mass Actions for Users
We suggest implementing bulk actions that allow users to block/unblock accounts and mark/unmark favorites simultaneously. This feature would significantly improve efficiency by reducing the need for repetitive one-by-one actions, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

Verify profiles
The app should include the option to verify the profile and show orher users who is verify.
The verification selfie ahould match at least one picture form the profile. If users don't eant to use face picture for their profile, that is oke as well. But the rest of the users deserve to ve able to verify the profiles.

Entiendo que haya anuncios. Pero invadir la pantalla con tanta publicidad una tras otra es un abuso. Y lo peor ahora con sonido que no puedes mutear y es muy molesto para la privacidad de los usuarios.

Why do gay men that like gay men have to deal with woman appearance out of the blue pretending they are male ,using fake pictures and indicing men as others spam do to visti other websites why cant you guys do something about it?
And remove the kidding button bring the block back at full capacity the bidding doesn't do nothing cause they reaper everyday after a few moments .Also always glitches keep appearing people thousands of miles mixed with close ones .
Review your standards this is a gay app not a straight and spam app.

do not allow large age gaps
Many "mature" men (+30) only talk to very young people (18 to 21), bordering on total degeneration and efebophilia. It's disgusting that this is allowed just because "it's legal." What? You think this power difference is healthy? Those men take advantage of the inexperience of young, new boys: pick them up as sex toys, and then throw them away. Or if they get attached, they "collect" them. Disgusting. People over 30 shouldn't be allowed to interact with people under 21.

Verify before banning
Before banning someone based one someone else’s view of “using fake pictures” you should have the person go through a portal where they share the photos and who they really are. Some people report profiles just because they don’t like rejection and it ruins it for the rest. Having a way to verify identity before banning a whole account based on reports would be must more efficient and ethical.

Why
So i see all the girls in Grinder which shouldn't be there. I go to delete their profiles only to find out you can only hide them. Well the dumbest thing you did was removed that function. Even though what you said was they would not be back on your grid. That's not true, ive now "hidden" a females profile twice and frankly grinder used to be better than it is now. Grindr no longer takes our safety seriously when they removed the block feature and replaced it with the hide feature. Which you have to do every time you open app. To same profiles
