Android/IOS price difference
I have a question that bothers me a lot... why is grindr for android lower priced than grindr for apple?
If I log into my grindr account IOS its a lot more expensive than when I log in from my android device?
Yes IOS is expensive and you pay for 90% of apps BUT when everyone pays for the same app I would think it would have the same price tag???
And why is grindr so expensive?, if I think of all the adds that drives me crazy, why do we have to pay such high subscription fees?

Let users buy individual features for certain prices.
Let users buy individual features for certain prices. Like viewed me for $2 or incognito for $4. I mean you're going to get MANY more people to subscribe to sometime like that.

Try practicing better customer service.
Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. I'm trying to increase my visibility and in…

Multiple Videos in an Album
Paid subscription feature: We are able to create unlimited albums, and each album can have 1 video and 10 total items in it. Can we make it so we can upload more than one video per album? The only way to share multiple videos is to have multiple albums with just 1 video each. Thanks in advance!!

Quick nickel & diming your customers
This is my first time using grinder & I got the 1 month plan (ultra plus something). My thoughts like at $39 that's steep. Then Grinr introduces this BOOST feature for an additional fee. Quick nickel & diming people that use you. After my monthly subscription, I highly doubt I will subscribe again. For $39, BOOST should be included.

Implementing some kind of trust fall system.
To help separated flakes and pretenders, what about a system/ program/ code that went to parties meet? They are given an option to make like a pinky promise 😉. They agree on a time to ; continue conversation, reconnect, or meet up. It could be set up as an alarm that requires both parties signatures before being set.
If you agree to the promise and don't hold up your end of the deal, your account can be penalized for x amount of time.(X)Number of promises broken after warning= Suspension, or worse case, account will be deactivated.2 votes -

Unblock account
After checking the list of blocked users, we only get an option to unblock by clicking on two options, cancel or Ok
But there is no option to view account as once the person is unblocked, its very hard to find that person's profile on the grid again as it automatically disappears and shows up at the city where he is currently in.

Edit saved phrases
As a user of saved phrases,
when I use the edit feature,
I want to be able to edit the text, not just delete them
so that I can correct spelling mistakes. If I delete then recreate the saved phrase to correct a spelling mistake, the new phrase appears at the top of the list which I do not want.

The biggest pain on the app right now is unless one is a paying subscriber, not being able to see profiles.
Here's an idea, how about allowing users who are not paying subscribers see some profiles. Not allowing access to see profiles is wrong on many levels. The foremost being the inability to see some profiles like before. To deny access now is unjust and cruel. It harms the reputation of Grindr and is a huge disappointment. It reflects poorly on Grindr. So how about it, give access to some profiles. It benefits the user, but more importantly Grindr.

You guys have the XTRA/Unlimited tabs shouldn’t pop up every time. If your ablec to hard code the inability to’tap’ a user more 1/24 hr.
You guys have the XTRA/Unlimited tabs shouldn’t pop up every time. If your ablec to hard code the inability to’tap’ a user more once in a 24 hour period, then you can certainly make it that if a user opts out or doesn’t purchase XTRA/unlimitrd,then then those tabs go away!
