    When you message someone and they seem to be ignoring you which we all hate (for us sensitive lgbtqia members)… If the other person does not respond the new chat, it should automatically be deleted after 48 hours. So that way you would at least know they’re in some way interested so you know you aren’t wasting your time.

    Please educate users on tags. I’m so sick of seeing cis male with trans tag, or cis male with FTM tag. They think tags are to represent what they’re looking for, or what they like. Please educate the tags are to identify what you are.

    I find it absolutely appalling that a site that wants inclusivity purposely omitted the tag BLM or anything related to being Black on here. This just further confirms that this inclusion of “Pride” is only reserved for the white portion of this community. And this further isolates ethnic minorities and highlights Grindrs’ bigotry towards Black members.

  13. Sides getting a filter and promotion

    Sides being a new term for most of the men around me, it gets difficult to explain everyone what it means..we spend approx.10 minutes of explanation followed by heavy judgement in most of the chats each day. If Grindr application can one promote and educate the users on what it means in their preferred language, it would do wonders. We can add info hyperlink beside anyone who uses that position in their profile.     Now in the gay culture a lot of ppl are starting to look for serious relationships but fail to find in this hookup type of environment. In India thr are matrimonials which has a finite way of getting serious relationships together, like meeting parents, horoscopes etc. If a paid premium services is started, it could in the future grow bigger and bigger.

    Hi, I'm Chilean and I think that the app should include a slightly normalized role, in my country it's known as "Neutro", and it identifies those men who have sex with other men, but don't like anal penetration.

    It is good that the app includes it to be able to recognize us better, if you do not feel comfortable practicing anal sex or if you prefer other sexual practices that do not include anal penetration, you can consider the "Neutral" role.

    Provide people with the option to hide their tags from being visible but still allow them to be searched by those tags. For example, if someone enjoyed a kink and wanted to be searched through that tag, but didn't want it to appear for EVERYONE, they could tag themselves discreetly.
