This latest wave of AI generated spam accounts combined with your increasing greed is ruining this app
The latest onslaught of fake Nigerian based scam accounts is the worst Ive seen in 8 years. Stop allowing accounts to be created behind a vpn. Legitimate users are prevented from using third party location spoofing apps to obscure their exact location but on the other hand you do nothing about the scammers use android emulators that you make no effort to stop. You frequently erroneously ban legitimate users device IPMIs and effectively force them to purchase a new device to use Grindr again. Veo muchos perfiles falsos con fotos de otras personas, con malas intenciones y de muy mal gusto.

Actually respond to support tickets
Not only are the core functions of the app that were once free now locked behind a paywall, there is a complete lack of customer service and fair moderation. For some reason that has still not been made known to me by the team, I have been banned because someone else hacked my account and is catfishing using my album. Add the ability to view profiles within a distance.

5 minutes ad-free for each spambot reported
Spambots are killing grindr. I try to do my part by reporting them, but each time I open a bot-profile to report it, it costs me having to watch a stupid ad. So honestly, I've been doing it less and less.
Now a simple solution I suggest: if I report successfully a bot, give me ad-free time, at least to compensate for the ad I had to suffer to simply do the moderation for you.

Too many fake accounts are allowed to send messages from hundreds of miles away.
Allow a setting for no messages from X number of miles, or automatically flag accounts that send out 30 messages in 30 minutes, or flag accounts that get three blocks on the day they are created.

Making block as paid feature
Most of the people uses this feature as a must clickable button. Very demotivating that you cannot talk with some of them because they block you before/after you sent an image of yourself and you saw nothing about them. No, I'm not ugly and also others have the same impression about the app/people there. Also non-replying must have been sanctioned. At least a say "hi, no, thank you" would be a minimum.

Ban female profiles this aa app for gay and bisexual men please remove female only profiles
No female only profiles it's a hookup site for game by men if it's a bisexual couple and there's a male and female great but if it's a female only profile they shouldn't be on this app

Ice emoji and meth usage
Ban the use of slang for meth, like ice and ice cubes emoji. Drug usage shouldn't be promoted on any profile. What people do in private is one thing but these profiles are public.
