Accounts ban
I have been a premium account holder with subscription for the unlimited option.
I would like to inform you that you have put a ban on my account even though I have not done anything illegal or against the use policy and terms and conditions. I understand other profiles may have reported me over time however this was just as aggression and hate or attack conspiracy.

Allow users to block calls.
I don't want to be recieveing video calls to begin with as it's not a feature I have any interest in. The last thing I want is to be getting video calls from random guys who are just impatient for me to reply to their messages. Would be nice to be able to turn the call feature on and off so people couldn't even attempt to call you unless you wanted.

Money boys and people selling poppers, PrEP and drugs
Please add to the moderation people adding pics of poppers, PrEP etc. These money boys take up 4-5 of the slots on the first page of my grid. Reporting them takes a few days to remove so those profiles will be up for the entire weekend. It’s the same people over and over. After you kick them from the app, they’re back in a day or so. Repeated spam accounts for Trans
Endless spam accounts being set up daily, supposedly by trans women, all using the exact same photos. Block feature for these accounts however does not work and keep seeing them on the fresh tab. Mods at Grindr must realise the pics and profiles are fake every time they approve their photos.

give some context when you ban people
I am tired of the constant bans this app provides, I always have to figure out what I did wrong, and I am still confused what happened. I send an appeal request and like 4 days later someone contacts me with no new information and just says a generic we have the right to ban people. I only got unbanned by proving my identity please make this better instead of just banning someone please provide them details to build a proper defense against false bans as they are a more common occurrence than Grindr LLC wants you to believe.

Option to have a self-exclusion
Would be a good idea if you feel like you are spending too much time on grindr, you could have a option to have self-excluded/pause. For a set time day/week and so on. For me I use the app alot and feel like it takes over my day. If there away just to pause my activity knowing that within a day or two i can start grindring again. There must be losts of users who feel like this. I think thia would help with addiction and mental health.

Loosen up access
you let me create an account to post here, I don’t want to use the mobile app, because none are truly secure and discreet. I want to use a web version, but you only allow paid subscribers to use a web version.
So many people are missing out on meeting good people, due to silly limitations of a mobile app and restrictive abilities to use a web version.
I think you need to loosen up a bit and not be so mobile app drive.

Appeals
I received a warning for supposed harassment of an account just as retaliation for not being able to hook up. Now I fear another warning could get me banned when I know I did not say anything harrassing anyone. Needs to be an appeal system.

Ban people who ghosting
Lots of people are ghosting or just simply not replying. It happens in different state of messaging. Sometimes from the beginning they do not reply, sometimes just after I sent the pictures he wanted... 80% of the people I cannot chat (and neither meet...)

I’m not sure how to exactly fix this other then maybe have something like a button that becomes available when two people agree to meet that they both have to click. If someone clicks it but doesn’t show they could potentially be banned from Grindr. People need to have consequences to ultimately repetitive emotional damage they are causing someone. And then say you block them…well they delete their acct daily anyway and make a new one and do it all over again. It’s sick, it’s twisted, and I don’t even get how people can act or think like that.

Mostly users from my neighbors country are shown more in (near you) suggestions. It’s get harder to use grindr because I don’t if I’m chatting with my own country individual or another country individual. Kindly solve it by putting country name or flag an option
