Remove profile promoting OnlyFans
Recently I have experienced a large influx of profiles and messages that are promoting Onlyfans accounts. This is making it harder to use the app for its intended purpose, finding “meaningful connections” 😆
I also think that OF people are exploiting Grindr users, sometimes promising them S E X in exchange for subscribing, which is obviously not true. Sometimes they even put this on their profile.
Over the last year, I’ve seen onlyfans accounts on Grindr becoming very popular.

So many bots lately!
I live in a small city (250k) - the amount of bots (all with the same downtown/obviously VPN set location) is absolutely wild. Every single one of them is (of certain not-gay-man identity) promoting their OnlyFans through twitter/x or Snapchat/telegram. I’ve been an unlimited subscriber for 3 years or so - Grindr DO BETTER!

Remove fake and spam profiles
It's ridiculous that you can report profiles that are fake and send links to go to this site but yet nothing gets done about it. What's the use of having a reporting system for this if you don't do anything about it. This app has gone down hill so badly that it deters people from actually using it. Get it together Grindr

Remove Profiles Soliciting OF followers
Your app has clearly set rules against soliciting sex for money but you clearly don't see soliciting OF fans as a rule violation. This app at one time was very useful for meeting real people. Now it's literally filled with fake people profiles and people trying to hustle $. They don't even hide it. Clearly states on the bio of the fake profiles. This ignorance of a rule violation is ruining the app all together.

Please make explicit policy banning ABDL/diaper fetishists
ABDL/diaper fetishists are paedophiles and should not be welcome on this platform. I have seen them far too often and it makes my stomach churn. Please make explicit policy that this is not allowed and take our reports seriously. This is abominable and with increasing internet legislation, it is also a wise business move.

The amount of scams tapping and messaging me. I report so many profiles daily that I feel I could get paid for it. Then I thought, can I?

Please prevent all of these fake female profiles that are flooding the site.
Fake female profiles are flooding the site. Scammers, hacks or bots are using the same profile info and female photos to ruin the site with undesirable fakes. It will drive loyal gay male users away if you don’t stop it. Give us filters and easier blocks. Hiding doesn’t stop these. They just constantly flood the site. And if we have to click on these pics we are trying to hide, AI will do the opposite of finding what members’ real types are.

There are too many fake profiles and women that are posing as trans women and straight men that are just looking for women. This is a gay dating app for gay curious and everything else but it does not feel like it is for the gay community if there are straight men looking for women and there are women on this app

Fake profiles
Grindr is flooded with fake profiles. I see dozens per day. There's a plethora of fake trans profiles that try to lure you to Telegram. Many OF 'creators', but I suspect also fake profiles put there by grindr itself to give the impression there are more people online. Put in more safety guards to prevent bot profiles so I don't get approached repeatedly by fake accounts. Remove all accounts that make reference to subscribing to an onlyfans or OF account in the bio.
Delete fake or spam accounts. If an account is created that references OF or Onlyfans in the bio. Just fucking delete it.

Moderate profiles better. Lately every 4th profile is the say girl with the same clothes, they are obviously spam
Moderate profiles , if you don’t pay you have to verify or something to prevent all the fake GIRL profiles. Then there are the bots. Seriously for 300 hire some decent consultants and have your systems trained using genAI to weed out the non real profiles.

Old favourite tab please

Remove Roam. Bring back Boost and Super Boost by location.
What is the point of Roam really !?
First: You’ve made it expensive. Already pissed off . Second: I would’ve been okay with it being expensive, but why would I pay more to just show my profile normally without a boost in that region.
Suggestion:
Just Bring back Boost and Super Boost in any location worldwide.
It was literally perfect and I actually enjoyed using it. Made multiple purchases in a week as I was travelling a lot this year.Not once have I paid for Roam and will never pay for it. As there’s no point to it.

Stop bogus users directing us to other URLs I g get as many scammer text on here as I do genuine texts.
When something is so obvious that they are a scammer or directing us to other sites. Grindr needs to be far more efficient at removing these accounts.
It takes way too long for moderation to kick in. With agentic AI and generative AI you should be able to do this pretty quick.

Not Interested” Tap
Hi Grindr Team,
I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to suggest a small but helpful feature that could improve user experience. It would be great to have a “Not Interested” tap, similar to the existing taps like “Looking” or “Friendly.”
Sometimes, responding to messages just to say no feels awkward, and blocking can feel too harsh. A simple tap to indicate disinterest would allow users to acknowledge messages without the pressure of responding or resorting to blocking.
I believe this would make interactions smoother and more respectful for everyone. Hope you’ll consider it!
