What is your biggest pain point on the app right now?

Auto refresh

Ever since the last fuck-update every time I click on a profile then go back, the screen automatically refreshes and jumps back to the top of the list. It's infuriating to navigate the app now and makes me want to delete it which would cause me to lose money I've already paid for the ultimate package.

    This issue is back again! Pops up every few months for years now.

    If only Grindr had an IT team that would put an update candidate thru its sea trials prior to a public release.

    THIS! it infuriates me beyond belief. Then you can't find any of the profiles you were just looking at.

    Maybe add a feature to turn on/off auto refresh and have the ability to only manually refresh.

    I had this SAME issue about a year ago and after several times working with Grindr IT, it was resolved. The issue came back and after MONTHS of trying to fix the bug I was told it's an issue with my phone or internet. Even after I told them it had been fixed before. Maybe they should fix the issues they have before doing 20 different changes to the interface and cosmetic changes to the app causing multiple updates a month that don't fix the issues and cause more. With the amount they pay the IT people, based on LinkedIn, they should be able to solve these basic issues.
