An error occurred while saving the comment I see people are FINALLY realizing the current owner is riding this cash cow app until it’s no longer making money.
Just wait…this dumpster fire of an app, a skeleton of its former self, is inching closer to failure.
Trans, straights others now allowed on here? Easy to answer…a temporary influx of hopefully paying customers for the app owner!
The last sense of customer service and customer care passed away when the app was sold to the current idiot.

ABSOLUTELY phuk’n correct!
I’ve been saying this for years on this blog.
1. This filter would be behind a paywall. (OVERPRICED PAYWALL)
2. Humans. They lie, they sneak. Filters wouldn’t work because filter required info has never been mandatory or possible to verify. Profiles are inaccurate.
3. Enforce mandatory minimum profile info. Warn then ban those who cheat the minimum info requirements. List you’re a male but present as a female..NO. List you’re a male but identify as she/her..NOJust create a separate app for each orientation. Let those who want whoever in their life join the app they desire that hosts their type. Remind those that wander they are on the wrong app.
Look around in nature at some things and you’ll notice certain creatures, types and so on, simply don’t mingle when forced to.
If you want to find bisexuals, there are bisexual apps
Want to find trans, trans apps.
Swinger apps..
Apps for all orientations! But you go look on those apps if that’s your interest. Fine if trans look on these apps as well, even on a gay men’s app, because yes, there are gay trans!
But if it was just one central monster mingle app in the world where everyone was forced to go to find the desired one, we’d hate in a minute!
Trans and their admirers demand respect and to be allowed on all the M4M apps and they’ve gotten it. But respect comes with respect. We gay men have tolerated enough and now we are telling trans folk that it’s getting out of control and our apps are changing against us. So show some respect trans folks and try to entertain our wants for once and be open to some change in the apps we once enjoyed. This is called mutual respect.

Filters won’t work with the amount of people who ignore filling out profiles or fill them out wrong. Not to mention those who manipulate their profile info on purpose. Plus Grindr would put these filters behind a paywall.Grindr allowed this overtaking…think about that for a minute.
Thought about it? Yup…they want to dilute and destroy this thing and it’s happening. -

Grindr, like all other apps, has a limited number of blocks they give you!! Doesn’t matter if you are a paid or free member or an android user or an iOS user!
Yes, the trolls cheat and sign back up with a different email when they get banned or know when someone they are stalking blocked them but they cant know how many people blocked them in general. So think about it, how would they know you just blocked them and then make them recreate their account to just show back up on YOUR grid? They can’t know.
Answer is simple, you reached your block limit and Grindr didn’t let you know you have.
When you’re at block limit, a block will reappear shortly after you block it. If you are at block limit and clear your block list, Grindr’s system doesn’t update your clearing immediately and can treat you as if you’re still at limit for up to a few days.This was proven over a year ago and confirmed happening to other members and based on the same renewed complaints, things haven’t changed. They don’t seem to police this blog and the IT crew hasn’t gotten any smarter.
An error occurred while saving the comment You’ve reached your block limit. Everyone only gets so many blocks to use and Grndr has admitted this. Just like Scruff and Jack’d have limits on the number of blocks you get.
I’m on android and I have reached the block limit and regardless if I use my Apple devices or not the limit makes the people I block re-appear minutes later. Doesn’t matter what OS you use, that’s a myth.One difference between the other apps and Grindr is that the other apps kindly remind you that you have reached the max number of blocks for your account if you keep trying to block people after the limit. But not Grindr!

Cancelled membership today, 11/20/22 is my last day on this failed app and with this “company”.
Worse for free users but paid members had features stripped away as well.
To many woman and “female” types on here. Don’t forget the “men” those type attract and drag along into here.
To many blank profiles, BOTS and catfish. To many filters that don’t work. Most filters can’t work due to lack of profile conformity and enforcement.
Lack of any real customer service. If you need proof this website alone is your proof.
I can go on about the failures but the few I mention are enough for me to leave grinder for scruff and sniffies. I’d rather pay them for membership at this point.If you wanna be stuffed among the non M4M grinder is allowing then stay with the herd, if not get out now. Especially if your paying the $480 a year…ridiculous!
