I am feed up with spam, while you claim you address it. I don't see this at all. I am giving grindr until the end of the month to improve. If not I am out of here.

I agree. It takes 7 taps to report spam. You are tapping the same buttons every time. Just make it one button! This is a UX nightmare

There are a lot of spam accounts and messages. It would be handy to be able to filter/autoblock messages with certain keywords (e.g., URLs, escort etc.).

Allow XTRA/Unlimited members to have the option to be invisible to new profiles. This would stop the constant TAPs and spam messages.
XTRA/Unlimited members should still be allowed to view all profiles.

I receive more and more spam, always containing the same text. It would be great to have a possibility to block users who send specific text, like "sex escort services" etc.

We are spammed by profil with url for othervsite. Can you moderate them before spamming pls. We have 40 by day

Why does Grindr take so long to listen to customers’ concerns or ideas? Some “Completed” have taken YEARS.

2. Lower Prices
3. Unlimited expiring photos for everyone (screen shot blocking and notification)

Verify accounts, one per phone number, black list abusers by phone number or IP address.
Also- when blocked by scammer first- we can’t see profile to report it. Leave a window to report a profile that is suspected scammer or pic/info miner. Reach out to your tech moguls about this kind of gig and how they vet this process?

Recently there’s at least one or two messages of spam every single day, there is also lots of drug suggestion drug use drug abuse on grindr and I’m just wondering why are you not doing anything?

1 Commercial posts are not allowed. Yet every time I get a message referring me to a third party spam website, I report it and Grindr either NEVER delete it or take ages.

2 If Grindr IMMEDIATELY deleted SPAM posts that merely contained links to external sites, there would be no point in people even trying this. So the problem could easily be solved. So WHY NOT ?

3 When I do report SPAM, I'm made to watch an advert afterwards. No why should I be shown an ad when GRINDR have fouled up by permitting people to send me posts that do not conform to the rules ?

PLease find a better way to filter spam. Any time a user sends their first message and it is nothing but an URL, it should not be controversial to block these messages. Especially if it s the same url for spam that has been reported before.

Incognito mode allows stalkers to watch when you are on etc It also allows a paid "member" to spam. There should not be creeps hiding on the app
