    Verify accounts, one per phone number, black list abusers by phone number or IP address.
    Also- when blocked by scammer first- we can’t see profile to report it. Leave a window to report a profile that is suspected scammer or pic/info miner. Reach out to your tech moguls about this kind of gig and how they vet this process?
