I have been banned. No reason given & I feel I’ve followed all Grindr guidelines. Been waiting a week now for a response to my appeal to have ban lifted. I’ve given all details requested on the appeal form. I’ve messaged 5 times now & got nothing back. My first message says solved, with no email sent to me stating reasons. Even put a block on my phone so I can’t open another account. Very poor customer service. I got banned also, when requesting a ban appeal they rejected it saying someone reported me? I never got the reason for what I did. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING. I barely even used the app. After the reply from them I replied back with saying that I did not do anything and what the reason was for the ban. It can be added a special filter for sex works as it is now the prohibition of specific words indicating the escorts generate General Misunderstandings and in average those are the ones always on top of the New faces or always on line.

Sometimes persons don't have profile picture and they agree to exchnage their face pics in chat, but it is usual situation: when the first one sent his picture and the recipient one does not like him he just ignore him and does not send back pictures. This fact is very frustrating and every person avoid to send picture firstly. So, please add function to the app which ensure to send both of them photoes and only after this each other have ability to see these photoes.

Rob needs to get a grip as I’ve responded numerous time.....this is the hopeless customer service that Grindr offers....they have no idea of how to communicate with users and are the most unhelpful
