Would love a notes section for specific profiles. Then I wouldn't need to keep long conversations. I could keep adding to the notes the key phrases I need to know about that person. Also the ability to add photos to the notes, so that I can know who is who. Not just screenshot photos from chats, but download them from chats. I've got about 8 chats right now, 5 local, 3 out of town that I'd like to follow up on. But it's hard to remember who is where without scrolling through days of words. Names change, and then bam....they delete their accounts and it's all gone.

I couldn't agree with you more. My profile was suspended nearly a week ago, and I can't seem to get a response from someone at Grindr.

Last month I was stronged armed to update my app. I lost all my data in result of the update. It took someone over a month to get back to me. Apparently the over whleming support requests they received during pride, delayed their response. apprently they didn't have enough staff to answer emails in a timely fashion.

I wonder what's the excuse now.

How can I recover my account in Grindr, since for false accounts, my account was suspended?

Note: Accounts do not have photos, one how can you know they are fake accounts?

Agreed. People change their profile pics/names so it's hard to keep track of who is who. There is one guy on my favorites lists who deleted his details/photo and chat history is gone so i have no idea who he is when he contacted my the other day. Adding a note would be a great feature. Maybe add it to the premium version (because, presumably, long-term users would be using this feature). Maybe be able to add one of their photos --thumbnail size--to the note.

I was just about to add this same suggestion but someone beat me to it. I would like to have a NOTES field with each profile that would allow me to jot down private reminders to myself such as "not interested", "didn't reply", etc. Right now the only way I can have those reminders is if I save the related message threads. This clogs up my mail box and in some cases leaves message threads that are very long and filled with pictures taking up unneeded space in my storage.

Additionally, the more messages I save the longer it takes me to scroll through them to find older messages from friends that I hadn't heard from in a while.

If I could have a NOTES field to add reminders then I could delete the related message thread. You could include a NOTES indicator with each profile the same way you do a FAVORITE indicator, except that it only lights up when text is added to the notes field which you access by pressing that indicator. You could also add a tab to the message section for the NOTES listing which would be scrollable like the messages listing.

It's wonderful app. Just wondering , can you add feature to name favourite contacts because we forget easily. Also, if I uninstall app and installed it back then I do see my favourites but without chat history, I don't remember names ... See if this feature is good then please implement it or hire me lol, I am a software engineer by myself

Either have an additional option as a “Favourites” list (or even a personalized list)... or add the option to add a brief note once a guy contacts us (for future reference).

To be able to make private notes about the people that you talk to. Only you would be able to see the notes that you write about each person’s profile.

There is a difference between Favorites and NOTES. My real name is not my nickname. Whether my new dining partner drinks alcohol, or actually likes to be called "Boi" is important reference info. I'd appreciate having available.

Add personal notes to someone’s profile that are only seen by you. For example their name or number or reminder to stay away

Create contacts using the Grindr profiles and be able to add your own info i.e. Phone, name, etc, for posterity. Also be able to add these contacts to different customizable lists such as FWB, Dates, etc.

Or can have a stamp mark like ♨️ Or ✅ or something creative for we put inside the profile to remember if them was hot, wild mild vanilla or potato water
