I wanted to share a quick piece of feedback regarding the app’s visual interface. The current dark theme with the black background is very difficult for me to use because I have poor night vision. The low contrast makes it challenging to read profiles and navigate the app comfortably.
It would be incredibly helpful if Grindr offered a light theme option, or ideally a soft cream/off-white theme. A warmer, lighter background would be much easier on the eyes than pure black or stark white and would greatly improve accessibility for users with vision challenges.

Bring back the classic 2008 grinder layout platform like grinder was when it first come out get rid of all the extras causing glitches we don't need all this extra sh*t that's what's causing all the glitches get rid of all that grindr, was better when it was a brand new app and your be able to lower the price back down and bring everything back that grinder had back then

If you want us to use hide instead of block make it work like block when I hide a profile, it returns the next day what is the point in that it's a wast of my time and everybody else's to hide a profile if I hide someone I want there profile gone for ever and not return pring back grinder the way it used to be when it first came out in 2008 it worked great and there was no glitches i loved it back then I hate it know the platform and layout sucks

Grinder you should make it mandatory to have distance on im tired of having to ask guys that hits me up where there from because they don't have on their distance i don't message guys that don't show their distance but i have to ask guys where there from when they don't have there distance on and it's not dangerous to show your distance because they don't have your exact location.Unless you send it to them but you can still estimate guy's distance by hitting on the profile on the left and the right of their profile you can estimate…

Phishing bots and invasive ads??
Get rid of the ads that automatically open internet browsers and redirect to sites that probably lead to viruses. When one of those comes up, the only way to get back to Grindr is by terminating the app and opening it again. Ads like that do the opposite of making me want to pay for the use of this app. Aside from that, when did the app become so full of women (both cis and supposedly trans)? Reevaluate AI moderation and entire moderation department
Unfortunately I am aware of the apps financial status and staffing issues and AI moderation is a way to save $. But please publish the accuracy specs of your moderation platform. At this point, since you changed the user agreement to not have to specify what violation occured who's to say the AI was correct when you have an overworked backlogged staff member handing your appeal who can just deny it without even really reading it Hell, even Facebook/Instagram has more oversight opportunities for users than this. It's unfair that I only see 45 profiles for free, and I have to pay extra for more, and I only see people from neighboring countries whose language I don't understand, while others who live in the center of the country don't have to because they don't have these problems, by doing so you are violating my rights to the same experience and you should be sued!

App does not recognize San Antonio
When in my profile, I have an option to select my City, which happens to be San Antonio. I selected use a button to confirm and it takes me and fits me in Austin. I think that needs to be addressed because I’m not in Austin. I want to San Antonio. I don’t wanna drive 74 miles and 5 miles to meet somebody.

Absolutely infuriating. This is more about money making than providing a service. You seem to care very little about user experience.
Too many adverts. Adverts are far too long. Adverts don’t allow you to get rid of them easily, the cross at the side doesn’t work and I have to click onto a fucking Temu advert. It feels like you don’t care about the type of advert either. Temu is a terrible company but you allow yourselves to be connected with crap, this doesn’t really put you in a good light.

I’m convinced this app is strictly about draining the LGBT community of their money. I can’t find more than 5 attractive people where I live through all the pick collectors, scammers etc. and if I want to see more people I have to pay $40. It’s extremely disgusting.
