Question: why when cycle between profiles and transfer my subscription, the people who are under the extra line on the profile I haven't transferred to yet are completely different but then as soon as I transfer my subscription all the same people come back again, it seems a little sketchy to me guys. And stop making funny looking Frankenstein's out of two different profiles putting two different bodies together to make it look like something hideous that's just another game you guys play. Subscribers Should Get Double the Space for their profile. 10 pics, 30 for headliner/ name, 500 for profile, 20 tags. And more space for video uploading in their albums. Perhaps even distinct frames for those wanting M4M or just hookups or dating. Like a color hanky code system one can apply to their primary profile pic.

For You forces you to pay extra to message people who fit the profile you interact with
For You effectively profiles ‘your type,’ removes them from your grid, and forces you to upgrade to Unlimited in order to message them.
The feature doesn’t respect distance: even if they’re right next to you, with Xtra, you can’t message them if they appear in your For You.
This is beyond scummy and driving me to cancel my Xtra subscription.

Review pricing
The pricing on your subscription tiers is far beyond what most people can reasonably afford. Xtra was already expensive, but the new Edge pricing is on another level entirely. How does $150 per month or $330 per quarter on sale, and $350 per month or $770 per quarter regular price, make sense?
To put that into perspective:
• Paying monthly comes out to $1,800 per year on sale or $4,200 per year at regular price.

So now Grindr takes user activity to determine high interest profile, stick them in For You, essentially limiting access to nearby individuals who could be a good match and moving them behind a paywall at Grindr’s own discretion. This and the insane subscription prices.
