not being able to renew quarterly and having the same subscription when I renew
stop making people wait to be able to when they renew to be able to sign up for the same exact thing they had before this is ridiculous I spent at least one to two weeks every quarter trying to get my app to work. your app should work seamlessly and not put people making more time trying to get their account corrected because you people on your end do not do what you're supposed to do when I renew. I'm a long time customer and I will tell you I could find another app but right now in my area there isn't such a thing that works any better.

you need to stop the blank profile this is a bunch of b******* either they have a picture and something in the profile or there are not allowed to be on the site
