The removal of features that I’ve paid for
I think what you have done is deceitful and disgusting behaviour. To actually remove services that have been paid for in advance through subscription, only to add them to a higher level subscription cannot be legal. Where is the notice to the change to terms of subscription? Since the introduction of the unlimited level, there’s been a constant watering down and now removal of features for the XTRA subscribers with no compensation or even explanation. Enough is enough! Set a cruiseship as location
A lot of gays love cruising on cruiseships but as soon as a ship is not in a port, the users cannot be located anymore. It would be great if you could for example add a cruise ship as location (for a certain time frame, ie time of the cruise) - independent from gps location. I‘m currently on a large ship (non gay cruise) with approx. 500 gays but it’s almost impossible to use Grindr as the location is always wrong (it’s a transatlantic cruise so even more difficult).

Fix the app - stop the crashing!
Crashes weekly - have to restart- download
We pay for this service with zero priority! It’s been months of crashing - This would be the best feature anybody would want using the service without problems!

Travel profile
Allow xrtra/unl subscribers to create a temporary travel profile, (only 1 profile can be used at a time) but usually when I am at home I don’t have my profile pic and a lot of profile info showing but when I travel I do, it would be nice to maybe create a sub profile, having to remove all the messages from the place I was just at to clean up my inbox is a pain, when I could just delete the travel profile when I come back, and return back to my primary profile, I know this could easily be…

Boosts for 9.99
I am stupidly paying you 80.00 every 3 months for unlimited and then you have the audacity to charge me an additional 9.99 for more views? So is my profile being restricted to some users? I will not be renewing my unlimited membership when the time comes to pay another 80.00 for 3 lousy months.

Price increases in countries where homosexuality is illegal
I find it outrageous that you increase the price for XTRA by 2.2 (more than double) in the UAE - a country where homosexuality is illegal. It would be great if you would support gays in these countries instead of doubling the price!! Also converted into EUR the new price is 230 where you pay in Europe only 65 for the same. I hope this is a mistake and not intentional…

25% of full price for 24hrs
Why would I ever consider trying a feature for 24 hours when it's 1/4 the price of the full feature.
I have thought about trying the paid features multiple times but honestly your prices are way to high for that. $2~$5 could I repeat COULD be enticing price points for a 24hr feature test.

Birthday - "Free Boost" for the day
Provide a free boost for a users birthday for those who want to want to provide that info (maybe just enter Day-Month - only allow update once per year to avoid misuse but still allow for a mistaken entry)

Block new conversations from anonymous/blank profiles
As an additional feature for XTRA/Unlimited users, add a setting where we can block new conversations from anonymous or blank profiles - no messages, no tapping. Divert them to a new tab to review. Competitor products are offering this feature, making the experience on those platforms much more enjoyable.

Unblock account
After checking the list of blocked users, we only get an option to unblock by clicking on two options, cancel or Ok
But there is no option to view account as once the person is unblocked, its very hard to find that person's profile on the grid again as it automatically disappears and shows up at the city where he is currently in.

“Viewed Me”
The first 3 of the viewed me was available for free and with the xtra membership. Now you have to have an unlimited membership to even click on the first 3 recently viewed me tab.
