Not being able to view members without paying for it.
What used to be a fun and exciting thing to do now is a really frustrating,why bother type of deal. I mean you find someone that you may be interested in and then you can't see or find out anything about them unless you pay for it.
One of the best things about Grindr was that it was free and available to everybody.
Having to pay to see someone else's profile is rediculous and and takes the joy right out of the whole experience. It's a shame!4 votes -
Upgrade price
I understand your business model, but I recently enjoyed a promotion whereby I paid 99¢ for a month. When it ended, I saw that a month of Xtra is $23.99. WTF??? Seriously, Grindr? You can’t charge like $7 per month and still make a profitable killing?

Increase free video call limit atleast upto 5 mintues
60 secs is not enough. Can you please increase the limit, if not five minutes, then please set a reasonable range, say 150 seconds. This feature is the only way to make sure, one is not getting into a bobby trap as there is a tradition of sharing fake pictures here.
Please give it a thought and consider accepting this genuine request. The xtra/unlimited feature is unaffordable for middle class Indians.

I want to mass select and delete over 100 photos.
As not just a client but also an investor, (I never knew how much I wanted to say someting like that until this moment) I currently have just shy of 300 black photo boxes in my photo gallery to choose to send to ppl that are blank and posses a ? In them. At this time I have to rest my finger on one photo at a time. once texted somebody, the app should give an indicator that the person has been texted not just in the last 24 hours, but historically so that sometimes when we like somebody very much and they don’t like us back, we know that we shouldn’t text him again because they're clearly not interested but when we don’t know the person has texted or not, we end up replying to their profile pictures, or giving a tap, even though we have already reached out to them before and been ignored, and that makes us look a lot more desperate and makes the…

Endless Advertising
I started as a free basic b*tch profile, so I couldn’t see who was looking at me. I had advertisements at the top of the screen, mid screen, tap on a profile or chat and would have to sit through a commercial. I understand the need to generate income how else do you keep people spending if you don’t try selling them on the next best thing. It is crazy how expensive this app has gone through the roof. Ability to un-read read messages
You can "unsend" messages as well as "delete", "reply to (specific message)", and "search" for messages but what if you read a message that either you don't want the person knowing or it's quite simply just not convenient to reply as that time? You should be able to mark read messages as unread.

Continuing with my speech I would make this price policy 1 month € 5.99 3 months 15.99 6 months 29.99 12 months 49.99. I think the number of subscriptions would have an exploit. You can also just try it for about two months to see if lowering costs would also increase subscribers. In this way you can find the right compromise between turnover and customer satisfaction. I believe that the cost policy is not adequate to the users' expectations. I believe that a decrease in the cost of about 25, 30% for the monthly or annual would bring many more subscriptions and would greatly exceed your current turnover because you have to focus on quantity since you still have a lot to do on quality. I think it's better to have 1000 subscriptions for 9.99 rather than 100 for 19.99. Filter who can see your profile
Make a separate filter section where you can filter who is able to see your profile to cut down on being contacted by so many people who are not your type or who do not bother to read your profile. If I am seeking a certain type, I don't want to have to deal with all the random people who aren't that type.

Pricing regulation
So far only monthly payment is available. There is no chance of special 3-, 6- and/or 12-months payment special offer discounts. In addition, monthly pricing is extremely high. Could you please regulate this situation and giving more opportunities of payment special offers?

Stop surpressing profiles of subscribers!
So, you've taken to suppressing the profiles of those who are paying you upto £300 a year, giving them the option to boost their profiles to be seen by more people? Are you really that hard up for money that you need to cash grab from those who are already paying for your service? That is low, even for you lot. This practice is shady and desperate, it needs to stop. Immediately.
