7. Filter inbox by dialog / two-way communication

   Ive got a hundred conversations that are unanswered "hi" or "hey", some incoming, some outgoing. Would be nice to filter these out of the inbox so i can browse thru conversations that are actually interesting.

9. Decide who sees my profile

   Currently, filters allow us to control who we see, but not who sees us. I have long wanted the ability to make my profile visible only to specific groups based on "Position" or "Tribes."

   For example, as a bottom, I would value the option to have my profile appear only on the grids of users identified as tops.
   This feature would streamline the connection process and reduce incompatibility. I believe this is a high value feature that belongs in the Unlimited tier. I would happily pay for a subscription (or an add-on fee) to have this level of control over my visibility.

14. Unlimited should be UNLIMITED!!!! XTRA/UNLIMITED should be worth the membership cost

    Unlimited memberships should be just that, UNLIMITED... We should have unlimited free use of the "Right Now" and the "Boost" features. We pay way too much for unlimited as it is. Its called unlimited, all the features should be included at NO ADDITIONAL COST/CHARGE. XTRA membership should also come with some additional free usage over what non paid memberships may receive. Make the paid memberships worth what we are paying for them.

15. Piano miglioramento applicazione

    Visto che oramai essere utente non a pagamento comporta: continui i pop up pubblicitari, molti meno utenti nella griglia rispetto ad un anno fa, non si può vedere neanche i profili che ti hanno visitato (ah si uno ne puoi vedere ma iOS! Non puoi cliccarci, mannaggia) se ricevi un tap dopo un paio di ore non è più visibile chi è l’ha mandato…. Ora addirittura ti compiono profili a 150km nella quarta casella ( eh ma l’app lo fa per te!)
    Ho un’idee che vi farà gufaganre tantissimo.
    Rendetela definitavemente a pagamento e penso dovreste aumentare anche i prezzi, perché dai diciamolo avete dei prezzi stracciati! Come fate a mantenervi?
    Se lo rendete a pagamento sarò il primo ad acquistarlo anche perché gli svariati bug e errori valgono in pieno il costo dell’abbonamento.
    Fatemi sapere eh così posso acquistare questa fantastica app.

16. No way to filter out trans

    This morning 227/600 people on my grid were trans or cross dressers. Grindr can not claim their app is for “Gay dating and chat”. That’s false advertising right there…

    I am a gay man looking for gay men and I cannot filter for that. I used to block trans and cross dressers from my grid and they took away the block function and hiding is useless because it takes up room on the grid.

    Having trans in my grid is like having a bunch of women in my grid. It’s not what I’m looking for and I’m not what they’re looking for!

    Let us filter or let us block. Stop false advertising as a “gay dating and chat”. You cannot say LGBQT either because you don’t cater to lesbians!

17. Be able to see more profiles than the ones that are defaulted to our viewing area

    Whatever our default in viewing area is, we only can view those profiles and respond. We should be able to view and respond to other profiles that are in the explorer section without being charged or make it so that we can view and respond to those profiles in the explore areas maybe like once a week or something.

18. Allow for in-app purchases without Apple App Store

    I occasionally pay for Xtra. Unfortunately, as someone on an iCloud family plan- I quickly learned that my “plan organizer” gets emailed receipts from all members (regardless of me paying with Apple gift cards). This means my mom has been getting my Grindr receipts, which is a huge privacy concern.

    As such, I’ve had to leave my family plan and request to rejoin any time I want to pay for a boost or membership. However, even that doesn’t feel secure since the receipt doesn’t seem to be sent out until the membership ends, which means I sometimes have to leave my family plan for months at a time.

    Tinder recently added the option of adding a card in-app for purchases, so users aren’t restricted to paying via the App Store. Please bring this feature to Grindr! It would improve the experience for me in a major way and make it easier to support the app.
