Diminuire il costo
Credo che la politica dei costi non sia adeguata alle aspettative degli utenti. Credo che una diminuzione del costo di circa il 25, 30% per il mensile o l'annuale, porterebbe molti più abbonamenti e farebbe superare di gran lunga il vostro attuale fatturato perché dovete puntare sulla quantità visto che sulla qualità avete ancora molto da fare. Credo sia meglio avere 1000 abbonamenti da 9,99 piuttosto che 100 da 19,99. Credo inoltre che dovreste differenziare il costo in base alla nazione in cui si trovano gli utenti perché il potere d'acquisto varia molto da nazione a nazione. Questa è la…

Change name on icon
Although you can change the icon picture, there is no option to change the name of the icon which there should be. That is my suggestion. For people who want to be private using your service

Give the paid subscriptions BACK what you took away
The fact you've reduced the XTRA subscribers to free (minus the annoying ads and forced redirects) is utter BULLSHIT!! I want what I PAID for!!! Otherwise issue me a refund!

Move "position" out of advanced filters
- top/bottom/vers is the bare bones of of hooking up. Don't charge us for looking for the Yin to our Yang 😔

Ability to un-read read messages
You can "unsend" messages as well as "delete", "reply to (specific message)", and "search" for messages but what if you read a message that either you don't want the person knowing or it's quite simply just not convenient to reply as that time? You should be able to mark read messages as unread.

The far superior functionality and much lower fees makes Grindr look like an amateur production.2 votes -
My biggest pain points are the recent further restrictions for free users and the exorbitant fees for Xtra. Waaaay too expensive
Fees should be one third of what is currently charged. You would find you get many more members and increase your income accordingly. Raising fees to cover higher costs results in squeezing more people out of membership thus reducing your income. You need a new EFO.

Auto log out
Once a user has been inactive for 1 hour then gets auto logged out, so often just left on and ots a ghost profile with no one logged on or watching.
Would work much better for those who pay and select the toolbar for "online"

Giving less and less
Seems as time progresses grinder is giving less and less , I get that the point is to sell memberships but you also have adds that pay for the free version.
You have limited the people we can view
Limited the filters
Limited the view of people who saw our profile
And now limited the fresh tabIt’s really getting to a point where it’s more limiting then allowing to interact and slowly people will get off it.

To be able to actually see the people who view me for free. Keep making us pay for to see the exploring area but not if someone viewed me. What if it’s really a stalker and they make a fake profile. You gotta give us access to it instead of paying for it.
