   I think there should be more ethnicity options, ie: Mediterranean or European. Ideally both!

2. Create some version of AOL Instant Messenger's old "Warn" feature for flakes/fake profiles

   In addition to the usual spam/bot accounts, this app has way too many users who either have fake profiles or lead people on without ever intending to actually meet (presumably most of them are just pic collectors). I would wager that all of us have experienced this multiple times. Grindr and other apps need create a feature similar to the Warn button that AIM had in the early 00s.

   Essentially, every user had a Warn meter that started at 0%. The feature was intended to alert others if a particular user was hostile, a scammer, or otherwise should be avoided. If someone hit the Warn button on your profile, the meter would go up a small amount, and then slowly decrease over time back to 0. If your meter got too high (because multiple other users Warned you), certain restrictions would kick in. First, the number and frequency of messages you could send would be limited and at a certain Warn level, your account would effectively be suspended for several days.

   Obviously this feature would need some tweaking and updating to work for Grindr in the 2020s and to prevent it being abused by users. But it would ACTUALLY do something to eliminate bad faith actors and fake profiles on this site if a reputation for repeated bad behavior became attached to their profiles. Even if grindr doesn't want to use it to issue bans, it would at least allow the rest of us to avoid the guys who come here with bad intentions .

5. Hi this is the third time I tried to submit my response you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get a hold of somebody in the minute you

   This is around the fourth time I'm sending this stop asking for money the minute somebody signs up even if they do you want more money for something else then more money for something else. The term grinder is for people that grind out money from other people you make being a member here and absolute unenjoyable experience great they have a lot of other people that like it just not a big fan and I always forget until I read join all you want is money money money without any regard to the actual client

6. Per evitare fake perché non usare lo spid identificativo e controllo delle foto che devono essere autenticate?

   Questa app è piena di fake di persone che hanno 4/5 profili diversi non è possibile. Bisogna fare sì che chi si iscrive forse è il caso che voi richiedate un documento così la smettono di creare tanti profili fake con tante email false e foto finte.

7. more expiring photo

   upgrade the amour of expiring photo u can send for all type of app versions. it would be nice u can send more expiring photos on all version of the app. free allows u to only send 1 expiring photo while extra adds a bit more and unlimited too. by adding 1 or 2 o each account would be nice.

9. The incognito mode should not be sorted by distance in favorite

   What is the purpose of the incognito feature?

   The incognito user with offline status is sorted by distance in a favorite list. But the actual offline user is sorted in the end of the list.

   So a user who add you as favorite can notice you are PRETEN to offline.

   I think there is no point to sort incognito user by distance.

10. Recent changes to Navigation Functionality

    Recent app updates have changed the way we navigate between profile screens and the grid screen, etc. We used to be able to do the small sideways swipe from the middle left edge of a profile to return to the grid page. With the new update, any sideways swipe goes instead to the neighboring profile. Another change with the app update is that the pictures are now scrolling top to bottom instead of left to right. So if I scroll through the pictures and then read the profile text, in order to get back to the grid page I have to scroll all the way back to the top and then either swipe down or hit the X. This is slow and very frustrating. I would like to have the left-swipe “exit” functionality returned. It would make navigation easier. Thank you for your help.

11. Repair the new update

    Everytime I click on a user that I can see a profile photo of . The app pulls them up as a blank photo with no pictures. I’ve checked wifi, my 5G service. I just downloaded the app on a iPhone 14 so my equipment is good. This update is BAD!

    How about instead of focusing on making changes all the time and working out how you can milk more $$ out of us by taking things away you fix the fucking app so it works properly, for a couple of months now there have been ongoing issues trying to refresh a blank screen so we can view our who viewed, the fresh screen and even our favourites screen it won’t work, constant we are unable to find. Your location msg’s, and now not loading pics on somebodies profile or showing a dog pic in grid to profile, and these are just to name a few problems. For $40 or $80 per month it’s not too much to expect an app that consistently works and bugs fixed within a timely manner. You’re very quick to make little changes and options away to make more $$ from us HOW ABOUT YOU FIX IT FIRST then undertake lengthy tests before rolling it out to us.
    One more thing, we pay for an ad free app, that should include your own pop up ads. Considering the bugs, the bots, the scammer, baiter and alll that it’s barely worth $10 a month let alone $40 or $80. It’s very obvious many people have had enough look at the increase on other apps and sites. Get your shit together before soembody decided to team up with somebody else and create a better version on gridnr. It happened to gaydar and manhunt, it can happen to you too.

14. App saying it cannot find me

    Hello,
    So when I do load up Grindr it tells me it cannot find me when clearly I'm at home. I'm not sure If this is an issue for anyone else but it's been annoying to close the app and open it back up I have no clue where to post screenshots.

17. Disabling filter shouldn’t require apply

    I think disabling a specific filter should disabling its values (or all in case of multiple filters). Especially the is a feature that enables previously selected filters when reenabling a filter.

19. Quality has lowered

    The app works if you are a paying subscriber. In LA the app doesn’t even work while being mobile and having great coverage and the latest version. Appears they have decided to lower your speeds type version for users who are not paying subscriptions. And this is in the heart of LA. Me and others noticed when we paid the app worked fine w cellular service and not using WiFi. Better filters for spam accounts. And all the druggies on here.
