2. Bug: the error for"can't include the following: 'no trans no fem' comes up if these words are used in isolation from each other.

   My bio has "no d*CK pics", "trans masc" and "long hair doesn't mean I'm fem" and saving that triggers the error message " these words are not allowed: 'no trans' 'no fem'. Seems like it's not searching for the phrase or a variation of it just the presence of the words in the bio.

3. Bring back the separate online filter from the list and the favorites.

   The filters were working separately before, and it was working fine. It’s a pain in the ass to always unfilter the favorites if I’m looking to write to someone.

4. "Mark the recent conversations" is not working!

   I noticed a few days ago that the "mark recent conversations" function is not working... I click to disable it and the recent conversations are still marked in blue. I want to disable the option and I want, in fact, recent conversations not to receive such a markup from the app!!!

7. Copy / Paste profile text

   It would be very helpful to be able to select and copy the text that is on the profile we are viewing.
   I am traveling around South America right now and can’t speak a word of Spanish nor Portuguese, so I need to type each word into a translator - one by one - to understand what the guys are saying because I can’t select the text from the profile. Pretty annoying, really. Thanks for your help !

9. Improvements to photo verification or mandatory face photo.

   I don't know how the photos that land on the profile are checked, but it doesn't work as it should. Every second may have a naked body on top and will not be blocked, or some strange picture that means nothing to the person's appearance. Such photos should be removed.

11. Location in my opinion is way off. Ie: 48 miles away is not nearby. Or 67 miles away. I'm in PA so why am I getting profiles from NY/NJ

    Fix the issues on location. It defeats the whole point of the app. Meetups/friends nearby etc...

17. Block failure

    Once again I find myself re-blocking the same profiles. Day after day they mysteriously have reappeared. Sometimes they magically unblock themselves minutes after being blocked, sometimes it’s longer than that. But it never fails to be the same profiles over and over again that I have to reblock.

    My issue with this?
    1. Unsafe in some situations. IE: stalker, threats, harassment that people have come across. Blocking might be their only alternative to eliminate these situations.
    2. Terms of service. Blocking is listed as a feature to the app where only the member can unblock a user.
    3. One remaining feature which allows some sort of pleasurable use of the app due to the lack of filters or working filters.
    4. Failure to provide services promised. Paid users owed refunds?

    This isn’t a new or odd problem. More users are posting about this failure. There are plenty of problems posted about this app yet “new features” seem to be higher in the list (Boost!?)

    Listen Grindr. Time to take action as your app needs constant maintenance. More so before you try to “enhance” it with new features.

    Please have a team monitor app 24/7. And react on trouble/problems immediately when it comes.
    The entire app seems falling apart. If you are going to charge so much money you should take full responsibility when my record missing

19. Undelivered Messages when hookup almost finalized

    This happens time and time again without fail. I’m talking to a guy, hook up is agreed-upon and basically one of us needs an address, then the messages start failing. Sent but not delivered. It’s like your algorithms detect keywords that suggest a hook up has been agreed upon which means those two people will be off-line and not clicking your goddamn advertisements and making you more money. No it doesn’t happen 100% of the time, but it happens often enough to warrant a lot of suspicion or at the very least you look into it and fix the problem. Either it’s a deceptive algorithm you’re using or the people you hire a goddamn idiots. I’m sick of handing over money to you to use your messaging system that doesn’t consistently deliver messages. Do you see the problem there?
