Fix
After your latest update your app freezes everytime I look at a profile boom it freezes great job here grindr. Fix the issue.

Record of add on purchases like Boost with date of purchase
I would appreciate being able to correlate a list of purchases from within my profile against my credit card. I have been getting charged for Boosts that I did not initiate. This would help resolve issues between Apple and Grindr.

Video album
Another issue with uploading videos to albums. For me it constantly shows "extracting" and even after 30 minutes it's not done with a 10s video. More and more bugs seem to pop up on here tbh

Reduce Cost / Fix Bugs
Recently, opening a profile will open the first one, or a random one from the list. If you sit there refreshing the page, you'll see new accounts pop up that you CANNOT open. I believe this is an intentional move by developers to give the illusion of choice and "refreshing," but doesn't even work. Same concept of trying to make you feel engaged; false "profile views" or message notifications. Theres also forced ads every 2 minutes or less need to stop, or maybe it's by amount of clicks, but it's migraine-inducing. This premium literally costs more than my internet or…

SERVICE STATUS SUBSCRIPTION
The service status page is helpful. However the Subscribe option does nothing.
If you click Subscribe it directs you to the Help Pages if you click the Service Status link on the Help Page is directs you back to the Service Status page ....endless loop 🔁
Either allow being able to Subscribe or remove the Subscribe button .

Why did Boost become a thing?
Ok. Let me get real here. I have had xtra for the last several years. Yes, years. Consistently paid, rarely missed a month. And yeas I have paid the monthly versus the yearly because, frankly, my health insurance is cheaper. Make it way it was
Now you can’t watch all the pictures that the other person sent you on the chat .. also the chat doesn’t stay in your phone , it goes to a cloud or something and it takes long to load all the conversation you had before .. and now since the last update we can’t watch old pictures in albums and we can’t see the full bio description . It’s not working well , it was better before

My account wouldn’t load
My account wouldn’t load on phone data! I need to connect to the wifi to refresh the account and reply messages while I have full 5G coverage on my paid cellular service connection!

Horrible
App is full of glitches! It pings & indicates someone tapped me, shows a red dot 🔴 on taps, but when you go to see, there is nothing! Same for messages!
If you’re paying so much, the app must be flawless! Grindr is making big money on a poor quality product! 👎👎👎3 votes -
About me not showing all
“About me” section only showing first line of text entered onto profile. When I go to edit, I show all of my about me info as I originally entered it. When I view my profile, I can only see the first line of text. When I view anyone else profile, there is only one line of text in about me, and cuts off anything else.
