Why is there a static/scratchy sound playing in the background?
There is an unnecessary sound playing when the app is open on the grid. Might be an ad thing I’m not sure but it could also be a violation of the Apple Store and an FCC violation so you need to fix it asap.

Distance Algorithm not working
App is showing users 50, 80, 100 miles from me mixed in when local users. Makes the app a total waste of time. Please get this fixed asap.

Request for correction of mistranslation of Japanese words
I am reporting a mistranslation in the "Looking for" option on the profile.
You translated the English word "Hookups" as the Japanese word "付き合う". The Japanese word "付き合う" means "to have a steady relationship" and is more of a serious relationship. It does not include the meaning of "looking for fun" or "looking for one night stand".1 vote -

Clicking on profiles is broken
Everyime I click on a profile and it's down in the feed it shows me a profile of someone that's right next to me instead of the profile I clicked on. I even blocked the account that's popping up and it's shows the next closest profile and not the one I clicked on super buggy and crappy

The taps aren’t making sound alerts, which is really frustrating because it’s causing me to miss out on many chances to interact with guys.
I understand that many members have issues with Taps, so it’s time to make a decision: either improve Taps to function as originally intended or remove it altogether. The current setup makes it easy to miss interactions when guys send a tap, especially since there’s no immediate sound alert to notify you. This can lead to lost opportunities for connection. A simple and effective solution would be to add a configuration option allowing users to enable or disable sound alerts for Taps. This way, everyone can customize their experience. Easy fix!

Update
The update sucks
People hopping into areas and you can't choose them, it just jumps back to the first person on your list. So I constantly looks like your checking out that one person. And it's taking up spaces for people who are in the area3 votes -
Not possible to delete more than just one chat at once
I can’t understand how come Grindr doesn’t offer the option to delete more than just only one chat at once. It’s totally nonsense deleting chat by chat, as many times as the amount of chats you want to delete.

Having the app work correctly.
Your app never works properly, never load profiles correctly, refreshing always playing up. Remove the 1 unlock restriction and put it back to 3 and stop being such tightarses with locking so much behind a paywall. Your app is not worth payiing for.

Restore apple OneDrive backups on android app
I backed up my data on my iPhone to my OneDrive and then I go to my new Android phone and OneDrive isn't an option to restore

Fix Last Tested
The Last Tested date is not showing up correctly when saved. Steps to reproduce:
Open Edit Profile
Scroll down to Last Tested
Choose October 2024 as an example
Tap OK
Tap the Save buttonOpen your profile by clicking on the profile image
